Quality Inn Bedford

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the waffle maker, having never experienced being able to make your own waffle while traveling before. A lovely staff member helped us figure out how to "flip" it and the waffle was delicious. I also appreciated the fresh fruit and yogurt, which included fat-free yogurt. My husband and I each found exactly what we liked for breakfast.

The only part of the stay that bothered me occurred about 9:00 pm. We were getting ready to sleep and someone began shaking the handle on our room door and it sounded like they were trying to insert a key card. This went on for at least a full minute until my husband went to the door and jiggled the door knob and the noise stopped. It did give us somewhat of a fright!

Location. Easy on off from the PA Turnpike and Bedford was a good place for us to stop. Furnishings: The basic and comfortable chairs and table by the window were a nice addition to the room and very useful for two people to sit and talk and to have coffee in the room. And, most important, the very comfortable beds. Cleanliness. Breakfast (nothing extraordinary in the selection but good, convenient and time-saving).

More about the general location. Nearby Restaurants. There didn’t seem to be much available to grab a bite to eat when we arrived around 8:30pm.

Lovely little hotel, well situated for the interstate and food places. Not one but two gas stations within yards! Receptionist was super efficient and hotel decor and rooms were immaculate.

Being from the UK we usually start the working day with a hearty breakfast and I so wish that food and drink was available within the hotel but that's just me as pretty much every hotel I've used in the US is the same.

This place was great. The lady at check in was very friendly and suggested restaurants for dinner. The room was clean and nice and comfortable and the wifi was powerful enough for me to play games on my gaming laptop.

I was disappointed that there wasn’t toast for breakfast. And the hot water at breakfast wasn’t very hot, but I didn’t come until there were almost ready to clean up.

Only two ways I can think of to improve things would be to have more protein (not just yogurt) for breakfast and have a love seat or sofa instead of the second table and chair in the room.

Quality Inn Bedford was a very clean and comfortable hotel. The mattress was better than most I have slept on in hotels. The room was a nice size for my husband, myself and our daughter. Every staff member we interacted with was cordial and helpful. This was a perfect room for our short overnight stay on our way to New York.

I had no complaints with the property.

Very nice hotel with spacious clean rooms that has big comfortable beds. Big screen cable TV, frig, coffee maker and microwave. Very clean bathroom with plenty of towels and accessories. Extremely friendly and helpfull staff. Very decent breakfast in a nice breakfast room. The whole family enjoyed the big clean heated swimming pole. ALL in all we loved our stay in this hotel.

Nothing

We do not care for Continental breakfasts so we went elsewhere. However, the room was great, very clean and exceeded our expectations. We also liked parking next to our room.

It would be nice to have a "hot" breakfast. I know that is expensive, but, for us, the extra $10-$20 in fees would be worth it.

The breakfast foods offered were exactly what we wanted. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. The public areas and our room were all clean. The location was extremely convenient for us. Our room was available before the stated check-in time. That gave our plans even more flexibility. Costs were very reasonable.

No suggestions for improvement at all.

This was my sixth visit to the property, Each time I was greeted at the front desk by a very professional and efficient lady named Michelle. I stayed on a Friday night and returned a week later on a Sunday night. Each room was identical, clean and neat with a frig and microwave. Each morning, breakfast was served at 7:00 AM. Due to Covid 19 regulations, all food was wrapped and ready to be warmed in the microwave if necessary. All other items, i.e pastry & oatmeal for example were carefully packed to minimize the spread of germs. Coffee was excellent. I will go back next year as before and look forward to it.

What I didn't like were the hotels I stayed at in the past that could not meet this inn's quality standards.
