In reference to the above mentioned question, I liked some of the following. My room was well maintained, there was a microwave in my room, there was a fridge in my room, the TV and remote were operating, there were laundry facilities and snack machines, the room had self controlled heat/air, I received a wake up call as per my request, the paid wi-fi was operating, and most important; The vendor who usually assist me with purchasing many of my biz trips, was honored/accepted in full at this hotel!

In reference to the above mentioned question, I did not like that hot breakfast was not offered at this hotel. I also did not like that housekeeping did not clean my room (per night), offer clean towels, make the bed, etc.. It is (very rare) for housekeeping to not tidy a room each night that a guest stays in their hotel. I actually had to request a new set of towels for my second nights stay.

It’s a budget hotel so no frills but it was in a safe area with business buildings around and some other hotels. It was clean (just nitpicking- but the phone in room should be updated- dirty and old). Looked as pictured. Be aware- there is hand soap and a hair dryer in bathroom, but no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion (bring your own). The woman at reception was so helpful and even went to a nearby hotel and got some for me - my arrival was late and I had to be at the airport at 4am so that sweet deed really made my night.

it could use a little updating - starting with lobby and reception. as reception is first thing you see - make a better impression visually.

I didn't even know there was breakfast included. The front desk clerk wasn't very personable. It was a very quiet hotel, which is always a good thing. There was plenty of parking.

It was extremely hard to find this hotel because it was situated behind another hotel. I didn't go in with high expectations. This is definitely an economy hotel. I wouldn't book this for a romantic get away. The bed was extremely hard, but clean. The whole room was very clean, except for some of the light switches that looked a but dirty.

Our room/bathroom was very clean. The mattress appeared to be in like new condition.The sheets and comforter was very clean, appeared like new condition. TV/remote worked great. We needed an inexpensive room after the Pirates game and this was great. The airport is close but I never heard any planes. All was quiet. It may not look like much from the outside but our room was great. Would definitely stay at again.

Convenient location for local services and for PIT airport. Room was very comfortable and clean. Plan to stay there the next time we are in the area.

There was no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby. That was our ONLY complaint

Good hotel for an overnight stay. We were at the hotel for three nights. During the day we were outside the hotel, so there was no need for additional services (Economy Inn). All that was needed was a low price. We received it. Clean, no foreign smells, good large parking lot, quick exit to the highway.

The management were exceptional and very attentive and they went out of their way to be helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and the linen was more than sufficient. Highly recommended.

The shuttle is not yet available. But as of April 1st that will change. Which will make it an exceptional bargain!

Location was very good with access to roads to the airport. Clean and comfortable exceeded my expectation based on price of room Will recommend to friends and coworkers

I'm thankful the owners have upgraded the facility, from the floors to the toilet and shower. And the price was great, since I only needed a few hours of sleep. Thanks again for taking pride in owning a nice and simple hotel.

The hotel offers airport shuttle for 10USD per person. Bedroom was neat and clean and everything worked out perfectly.

Maybe some water or coffee for guest would be nice
