Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pittsburgh Airport

Wonderful hotel, perfect cleanliness, quiet and safe, very cozy, comfortable, excellent location. Near shops, restaurants. Free breakfast, you can cook delicious waffles yourself. I thank the staff for their work. The price is very attractive for such convenience and quality. Large bathroom, heater, good size of the bathroom and the room itself. The bed and blanket are very soft and pleasant. You can charge your phone lying down, which is a huge plus. There is a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, TV. Quiet and safe area, free large Parking. I am delighted with the hotel

The bed was very comfortable and firm. The room was nice looking, clean and in good shape with iron and ironing board, microwave, TV, refrigerator and hair dryer. Breakfast had a good selection including two types of cereal, plain bagels with cream cheese, cinnamon buns, a variety of teas, coffee with half and half and flavored creamer, hot waffles (love them), yogurt, orange juice, and apple juice.

The room was half the size of other hotels I’ve frequented containing only one queen bed. The AC gave off a smell when turned on, probably needs to change the filter. There was no night light so it was difficult to move around at night in the dark.

The bed was very comfortable, the place pretty clean, and the bus stop that takes you downtown, and it is right outside in the corner, besides there are also several stores nearby, there is even a Target right next to the hotel. It has shuttle service and the staff is very nice, they helps us with the late check in after midnight, and finally the breakfast is pretty decent too.

That the staff was not aware about the bus stop that is right outside of the hote, and that they didn't tell us that you need to program your shuttle a night before your departure.

I had an amazing stay here so much do I extended 1 extra nite & I will be back in 2 day for another 4day weekend stay.. Single bed rooms are just a lil small but we made it work but if you need more space for clothing get a double bed room becausekinda tight for 2 people with clothes for more than 2 days..Other than that great amazing place & nice free breakfast..

Nothing not 2 like...

The Microtel was exactly what we paid for-a place to lay our heads for the night before flying out of Pittsburgh. It is a reasonably priced average quality hotel. Room was compact, but had the fridge and microwave in there.

Since we had to leave at about 4 am, I asked the reservations clerk if we could have a couple of instant oatmeal bags b/c we were leaving so early. As you might imagine we did not know of a nearby restaurant that would be open at that hour and our flight was due out at 6. He responded by repeating 'the hours of breakfast start at 7 am.' Would it have killed him to help us out with this?

Although the shuttle was a longer wait than I expected, I was very happy with the service and attention to detail. Arriving past midnight after a 5 hour flight, I was exhausted. Kamau was very attentive and helpful and took the extra step to make sure I was settled and comfortable. I was very happy and when next I fly to Pittsburg this will be my choice of hotels.

Faster pick up with the shuttle but with a flight arriving after 11:00 pm and several passengers using the shuttle, it was not a situation that the hotel could have controlled. I do not consider this a negative for the hotel.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were restaurants and Walmart and Sam's and some other shopping next to the hotel and easy access to the interstate which was really convenient

The only issue I had was there was a broken tile in the bathroom and it was wobbly but not noticeable unless you stepped on it. Other than that I have zero complaints about this hotel

Convient to everywhere

The service was poor had to ask for towels every day )we stayed 3 nights ( the breakfast was poor , had to ask for shampoo / bath supplies because again the maid service only empty the trash . There was 4 of us so we had to ask for towels every day because they never left fresh ones !! Very disappointed

I checked out a day early and I would like a refund at least for one day please? It was a very nice,and professional hotel. If I had to go back there, I absolutely would over the motel 6 or The hilltop inn located on i-79.

It was a decent hotel. The staff was very professional.

We had a good stay the rooms were clean and fresh. There was a gentleman in the parking lot picking up all the cigarette but on the ground by hand from lazy people not dispensing them probably. We didn’t eat at the property but what they had was good for the COVID issues. The shower and bathroom were clean and the water was hot. Was very pleased and would recommend to my friends.

Wish smoking was away from entering the building . Wish it was smoking by the side entrance.
