Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport - Robinson Mall

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. I stayed at the Hyatt Place for one night due to a flight out for Christmas. Unfortunately, my flight got cancelled and came back a little before 4am. Even in the middle of the night the gentleman mopping the floors was friendly and we had a great conversation. The winter storm made was so cold and the atmosphere of the Hyatt and the temperature of the room warmed me up. From the checkin process to the housekeeping, everything was impeccable. The staff were 10/10.

My only criticism were the bottle of water next to the bed that had a price tag of $5. You would think a $150 night would include a bottle of water… felt like an embarrassing money grab. Other than that, well done Hyatt Place. I will recommend to stay here but to bring your own water.

My bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, temperature was perfect. Room was bright.

Entrance to the hotel was dirty, not well kept at all. When I arrived my check in was smooth, when I got to the elevators, one was down - the other was beyond gross. Not vacuumed, sticky fingerprints all over. Arrived in my room - it was very pretty. Surprised not to find bedbug covers over mattresses, very dirty drapes, and last but not least - the phone in my room for aesthetic purposes but it was so nasty, i could not believe it was there. Phone handle did not connect to the base. Then the next day when I walked down for breakfast, only to find housekeeping folding towels im the middle of the lobby.

Breakfast had a variety of food and the quality was great! The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. They helped me set up a taxi service to the airport upon request, which went exactly as planned (no delays, good communication). The hotel lobby and the room were both very clean and cozy.

The place was very clean and quiet . Staff was very nice and went out of their way to accommodate. One girl checked us in , cooked our food and served us and couldn’t of been more nicer !! Our flight in the morning was super early and the coffee was out for us 👍👍

There was a very noisy young hockey team outside my door till after 11pm playing hockey. I told them to please stop, then they taunted me till 1 am by running the halls and knocking on my door. I had to get up at 4 to catch my flight. Ugh...

I traveled with 2 younger kids and the room was enough space so everyone wasn’t crammed. Traveling to New York soon and will be staying at the Hyatt out there

The breakfast could have been a little better. There were fruit flys on most of the food and there wasn’t any choice of meat. Bacon, sausage, etc.

Breakfast was awesome! Everything was warm and fresh and loved the variety. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk associates were very kind and prompt. The hotel was located next to many restaurants and stores, All around great stay!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimetary breakfast was delicious.

When we first arrived to our room on one of the comforters had a couple of stains. We called front desk and they brought up new blankets quickly.

The breakfast ended very early and they gave us two key cards but one of them didn't work. Also this was far from downtown.

I celebrated my birthday 66 years old. Matt and the rest of the crew were wonderful to me and my husband. The general everything with him was great. We'll be going back soon.

Everything was good but the toilet paper it was awful. Had to go out and buy toilet paper
