I liked that the property was right across the street from Tully’s restaurant which serves people up until 10:00 pm. The hotel was average but a good value for the price. The staff was very nice. Coffee, bottled water are available 25/7.The continental breakfast area is very small. I would advise eating on your room.

Breakfast was pretty good. Had selections of different breakfast items to choose from.
The carpet in the room could have used a deep cleaning as well as the shower curtain line. Also the bathtub didn’t drain well.

We didn’t actually get to stay there. There was an issue in the hotel and they didn’t have a room for us. The front desk staff was great about it. Comfort Inn got us a room in a neighboring hotel at no charge to us. Based on this I would definitely book at Comfort Inn again since they take care of their customers.

The rooms were upgraded. The bed was very comfortable with enough pillows. The shower had great water pressure.
The parking lot was tiny and 4 parking spaces were taken up by street lights that blocked you from being able to open either your driver's side door or passenger side door. The lamps in my room were missing light bulbs and the microwave had rust in it. The tub was also older and cracked. They did a great job upgrading the property but didn't upgrade those things.

I was in the middle of a zoom conference zoom which would end at 11.30am. My checkout time was 11.00am. I went to the front office to ask if they would please allow me to stay extra 30 minutes. The guy at the front desk extended my check out time by extra one hour to 12 noon!. I was overjoyed. I finished the zoom conference at 11.37am, and was able to get in a few emails and other stuff. Really glad I stayed in Comfort Inn.

The bathroom sink was cracked. The shower drain rusty. Ac not working yet. Couldn't open window fresh air. Used fan. Entire time.

The breakfast was our only disappointment. There WAS no breakfast. We were told there was coffee and breakfast bars only. This should have been on their website. Free breakfast is something we look for in hotel rental.

It was close to wear I was working
The front office Lady was sleeping on the couch in the office at 9 at night when we came back at 1 she was still sleeping I didn't think that was very professional
