SpringHill Suites by Marriott Scranton Montage Mountain

Breakfast, fitness center were great. The assortment of food for breakfast was very nice. Fitness center had a variety of machines and nice size space.

Frig in room was barely working. Pool needed to me monitored. There was family of 6 or 7 that did not get out of the whirlpool for over 1 hour. There should be time limit sign put up. Only one side of the toaster at breakfest worked. The amount of noise above us was as though I was back in the housing projects in the Bronx, the noise and slamming of doors was incessant from 2:15 to 3:30 am. One real garbage can in the entire suite. The ironing board was broken and could not be used.

They were sold out of the room I reserved and the upgraded me for the same price and it ended up being a great decision. The room was big and clean and very comfortable. The amenities where great also the fire pit was perfect for marshmello roasting and for a nice end to the day. The pool was clean and plenty of towels. I will be making this my go to hotel when visiting pa.

The only take away which isn't that big of deal is not being able to control my own climate in the room specially after being in the pool.

We came for a wedding and they were able to help us with whatever we needed. The room was very clean and we enjoyed how comfy the bed was especially after a long day of wedding festivities! We will definitely be staying there again anytime we come to Pennsylvania!

They don't put trash bags in the small room trash cans and only gave 1 wash cloth for the king suite but left 2 of everything else. It wasn't bad...just odd. We made due with what we had as we were only there for 2 nights and I didn't want to bother staff more than necessary as I'm sure they had other things to attend to.

Cleanest room I ever stayed in. I go over my hotel rooms with sanitizing wipes and more and was shock no dirt showed up upon wiping all surfaces! The fanciest hotels always have dirt. The staff is the kindest and friendliest group of people and are very eager to make sure everyone is satisfied. Employees have pride in the product they provide and want to know what they can improve upon.

Couch in room could be replaced. Sags a bit.

Front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate as far as cleanliness. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and all staff was friendly and happy. I definitely recommend this hotel !! Pool area was clean and great for my children the hotel provides towels right next to the pool definitely a great feature. The fire pit outside was a nice relaxing accomodation that the children and myself also enjoyed. This hotel gets a 5 star rating!!!

When I got to the hotel and showed the receptionist my reservation confirmation she informed me she had no listing for that reservation. 😡 Luckily they had a room available. How is that I get a confirmation and the hotel has no record of it?

I could have been stuck with no room to stay. That isn't a chance I'm comfortable with. That is why I make a reservation.

I love this hotel so much it is amazing, super clean, nice rooms , very comfortable and very good staff they were all very funny. This has become my families go-to vacation spot.

Maybe they can find a way to get something for roasting marshmallows, especially because my kids love to make smores.

Staff was friendly

We didn't need the couch but it was dirty looked like someone peed on it and there was something white on the front of the cushions also looked very badly in need of being thrown out .just because people are going to concerts doesn't mean everyone drinks at them so all rooms should look there very best .that to me was not there best and if it was they shouldn't be open

The road to the hotel needs repaving and there is a stop sign that is blocked by overgrown brush. I know that's nothing the hotel can control but maybe if you pass on enough complaints the responsible party will take care of it.

Location was excellent, easy to find. Slight snafu with reservation, front desk took control and got it squared away. Place was very neat and tidy.

Saw a $5 parking charge on receipt, not sure why I had to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot.
