Residence Inn Scranton

The staff member at the cafeteria was very welcoming and full of energy. The room was clean.

The website stated the hotel had a pool (which was the reach I booked that hotel) but when I got there I was advised the pool had been down since the pandemic. My children were very disappointed and the associate who checked us in was not very empathetic to the situation.

The staff was really nice, the room was great, the 2 queen beds room had separate rooms for each bed. The breakfast was very reasonable post - covid. Packaged items, and reasonable selection.

The pool is closed for months, and was most of the reason we chose this hotel. I think they should have emailed existing reservations / updated the website when it was closed for repair for such a long period. The laundry room is on 2nd floor, only accessible by key and guests keys are locked out from 10 pm - 8 am.

Front dest was very friendly, place was clean.

.During the week the breakfast was grab & go. It should have been a hot breakfast every day. They where supposed to do housekeeping once during my stay they didn't. Dog feces needed to be cleaned up every day from the grass area. No evening social dinner. Price was a bit high for the lack of amenities.

Everything. The room setup.. The comfort. The fireplace. I liked everything about this place.

Beautiful place. We rented the 2 bedroom suite & we all loved it & we were all very comfortable! This will be the only place I stay at from now on!

The staff , Liss, Sasha, and Tiara were exceptional. Their friendly service made our stay outstanding.

The pool was under repair, and it wasn't stated in the Bookings site.

Clean, large rooms. Big shower with good quality shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Great location. Nice free continental breakfast.

Only 1 coffee pack available and minimal sugar when slated for a 2 night stay for 2 people. Couch was a bit hard.

Breakfast was delicious 😋 and the options were plenty. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful 3 day stay! We will be back in April.

I sleep during the day and I could hear the guest dog barking. That was a little annoying. But I love dogs and that is part of their behavior.

It was a convenient location, near the mall and highway. The front desk employee, Michael, was very sweet.

The rug was a bit dirty. We couldn't tell until our son sat down and we looked at his white socks...they were brown! There were no basic amenities such as salt/pepper, sugar, coffee, as most locations like this one have.

bedroom was tight felt like you had to squeeze in to get to other side of the bed. couchs were stained

The breakfast was much below expectations. The food was not good.

Just the food at breakfast. Also when I went to check out I could not find anyone at the counter.
