Baymont by Wyndham Dunmore

Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Single double bed for me was good. Price was reasonable for a Friday and Saturday night. Breakfast was free. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hallway was a little warm. Room was warm but turned AC down no issue. Didn't like people hanging out in front of hotel grilling and drinking. Gave me a bad 1st impression. Hotel employee said they were guests. Still doesn't look good! I'm coming from out of town and never seen that before.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I had car problems and they allow me to stay an extra hour And offered me To stay in the lobby if I need it to while my car was being fixed. I had many questions and the staff Was phenomenal. I enjoyed the breakfast and my My stay was excellent

There was nothing I did not like about my stay

I ran into some slowdowns and accidents on my way. When it was apparent that I was going to be past the time I had indicated I expected to arrive. What a delight it was when America answered the phone. It was so nice to hear her welcoming voice as I was stressing from the accidents and she assured me that my later arrival would be of no concern. Breakfast was good and they didn't run out of coffee.

Very clean, easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Breakfast included.

Website says breakfast runs till 10 am. But there is a sign in the breakfast area that says breakfast is only till 9 am. Some people were in line for waffles, but the machines were shut off before the line was done.

Breakfast was limited to coffee, juice and muffin. Coffee was very good. Couldn’t sit in breakfast area. At first, the staff said we couldn’t get into the room early even though we had requested early checkin. We had to get dressed for a wedding. They kindly gave us access to our room so that we could change. They were very accommodating snd pleasant. It was greatly appreciated.

The entry to the hotel needs to be power washed, bench and window frame painted. First impressions count. The smoke detector in our room started to beep at 5:00 am. There was no sign that said “make up room”. When we returned to the room in the evening the beds weren’t made.

The spa was excellent! The rooms were clean and comfortable, one of the better hotels weve stayed with. Our server was amazing and we recommended the whole weekend idea to our friends!

Dinner left a little to be desired, seems like the rejuvination package's meal voucher is worth less than its $98... there were no wines by the glass and it was overpriced a bit.

Breakfast mediocre, no staff.Food came out in bits & drabs .No toaster, pastry left a lot to be desired.Didn't have time to wait until all put together. Keep rate low & just offer Continental, Other than that no issues, plenty of linen in bathrooms,

Quiet and easy to get to -- 3 restaurants adjacent to property and Price Chopper next to property. This grocery store has a lot of prepackaged food, a deli bar and nice people. I like it is off the road, so road noise is minimized. I had good access to the main Routes I needed to take. This became my go-to hotel for the area.

Only one way in and out of the building. If you take the stairs, you won't save any time -- you will HAVE to come out the main entrance. I'm not one that usually eats hotel breakfast but the muffins for breakfast were essentially 1/2 the size of regular muffins.

The Baymont was a good solid hotel. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. I was passing through the area on my way to Niagara Falls and I would recommend the Baymont for anyone staying in the area or passing through the area like I did.

Everything... check in was smooth, friendly, and the lobby clean and inviting. The room was super clean along with hallways. Fresh towels and beds. Everything looked brand new. Highly recommend.
