Best Western DuBois Hotel

The staff was very helpful. The room was really great and comfortable. I went Dubois to visit my son and daughter in law. The location was great. Everyone was great. The staff made my stay really nice. Definitely would stay there again!!!

Not really anyone's fault. I hurt my ankle and had to climb up and down stairs. How the grassy area drops down and is lower than the cement parking area.

What I did like is the room was very nice and clean and the bed was excellent the pillows were little too big oh but other than that everything was great other than trying to get in at 11:30 at night

What I didn’t like I booked for two nights and then when we went back at eight at 11:30 I couldn’t get into the conference room because the girl only activated my card for one night so I had to climb all those steps at 11:30 at night to get my card to work

We stayed one night with a dog. We got a great room on the main floor, so was easy to go outside. The beds were super comfortable, the linens were nice, and the bathtub did not need to be caulked. It was also very quiet. We have stayed at this location before, and will again.

The room was very nice very comfortable I enjoyed my stay very much and it was very quiet and that's what I liked.

When I moved the end table there was a beer bottle and a little cup behind it. that is not clean.. I did not like the breakfast it's terrible. They really need to do something about the college in the back of the hotel because if my dog didn't have to go potty that long we would have been dead or hurt very bad driving by the hotel so fast that is very ridiculous to have that happened you really need to do something about that.

I liked the fact that they separate the people with pets from the people without... I liked that the rooms were pet friendly... and it was comfortable and very clean.

I didn't like the location. It seemed very seedy. There aren't any really places in the immediate vicinity to eat.

It was okay... the hotel itself was very nice; however, the area it was located in was very, for the lack of a better word, seedy... there was no where to eat in the immediate vicinity, you had to drive anywhere you wanted to go because it wasn't safe to walk...

newly renovated and surprisingly nice! right off I-80 and pet friendly. We travel this route a few times a year and will definitely be staying here in the future.

No elevator, so a bit difficult to manage with the dog but not a big deal.

Convenient and excellent price; receptionist recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner; breakfast with bacon was great

The room was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was arranged and setup with current precautions in place.

Only one washer and dryer. We were traveling for a state baseball tournament and numerous families stayed at the hotel. Thankfully we were able to combine clothes with other families to get uniforms clean.

Location a bit difficult to find.

No elevator and no indication that we would be placed in a 2nd story room. Difficult for elderly and would have needed to be placed in 1st floor room if had been unable to climb a flight of stairs. Your description of facility on line should have noted no elevator and requested guests to ask for 1st floor room.
