Hampton Inn DuBois

The beds are super comfy and the breakfast was pretty decent for this type of hotel. The location is perfect if you're traveling and need a place to stay right off the highway. I'd definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The only downer was the elevator was broken and my room was on the 2nd floor. Normally I wouldn't care because I usually take the steps— however, I just flew international, was awake for 22 hrs, and my suitcase weighed 50+ lbs. I asked to switch to the 1st floor, but nothing was available. Bummer!

We decided to go see the elk.and chose this location because it was only a 40 min drive.dont listen reviews it just makes u worry so here i go 1 great staff 2 great breaksfast was weekend so had eggs sausage potatoes 3 kitchen lady was very nice and polite but at the same time extremely busy.very positive attitude 4 hot tub broken ok no big deal 5 pool well kids had a blast 6 AC worked great and so did heat 7 WOULD STAY AGAIN

No hot tub but wasnt about me was. A family trip

The breakfast was so good with a variety of quality items. It was set up beautifully with the area being clean and comfortable. The breakfast attendant ensured the items stayed stocked and that they were cooked to perfection. Exceeded expectations. Oh, also the coffee is so good and always available! The lobby was clean, comfortable and well appointed!

The pool and spa were closed. I was looking forward to a relaxing swim. Also, fortunately, we were assigned a first-floor room because the elevator was out of order.

The breakfast was very good. Location was convenient. The price was within our budget. Room was very clean and very spacious. The staff was very friendly.

The bed pillows were quite flat. The lighting in the parking lot at night is very poor. Some more brighter lighting would be better. Current lighting could be unsafe.

I didn't have the breakfast, but the location was great. I was in town for a work conference and this location was central to the training location. The staff at the front desk were friendly and recommended some good places to eat.

A very small thing. but the pillows were really flimsy. Maybe a selection of soft to firm ones, so the guest can pick one that works? The bed was comfy.

It was a great hot breakfast! Many hotels are still not offering a hot Bre!

Clean. Excellent breakfast. Roomy bathroom and bedroom. Window covering completely covered window without fussing with it. Friendly staff.

Lamp next to bed was unplugged and no outlet was seen to plug it in. A bit dark. Bed comfort was okay, but not great. Hamptons used to gave the best beds. Cord for the window shade was missing. Needed to fold the shade up by hand to get some daylight into room.

We were on are way to Lancaster Pa. To spend Thanksgiving with the wife's family. Our car broke down on the interstate. We had car towed to dealership in town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in when we arrived. When we checked out we were able keep our bags at hotel until we found out what was going on with our car.

Everything was find.

Breakfast was AWESOME? Many times the breakfast is an afterthought, but Hampton Inn, Du Bois really made it shine. Amenities were plentiful and well laid out in the hotel. The picnic area behind the hotel was a pleasant area for our family get together on the first night of our stay. We didn't have any children with us, but if we did, they would have loved watching the trains. (We couldn't hear them inside so that was good.) The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was fine.

We had a small problem with one of the table lamps alongside the bed. We unplugged it as the lamp was flickering and the switch was making spitting noises. Not a big deal, but potentially, very unsafe.

East access. provided a hot breakfast, fridge and microwave

said free Wi-Fi but had to give too much info and sign up as an honor guest, to get it. bed was not comfortable, pillows to squishy and soft. with being 5’ tall, bed was to high and shower head too high up, couldn’t begin to touch it to change how water came out. seems like you cater to big and tall people.
