The staff was fantastic! The front desk clerk when I arrived verified that my room was set up for me to access it easily, and even took my bags to my room while I parked the vehicle. Then the front desk clerk 2 days later willing made me a reservation for another property in Stafford, VA & even found that I had a rewards account. Then the day of check out the housekeeper took my bags to my vehicle. I was so thankful to have such fantastic people there to assist me with everything I needed. It was awesome.
Main complaint was the shower curtain. I had a horrible time dealing with it. It would not stay on the ends of the curtain rod while I was trying to shower. It kept sliding back towards the middle. So while trying to exit the shower my leg would get twisted in it. Also, the sink drained kind of slowly.

Due to Covid, hot breakfast was not available. However, there were other options to chose from, all of which were great choices. The staff was extremely professional friendly. Always said hello and always asked about our day and what great things we did.

Enjoy the breakfast, just limited due to Covid. Staff extremely accommodating and friendly with the exception of the night desk clerk. He was a little standoffish.
Parking is an issue, not enough spaces and vending machines were not filled at all.
