Comfort Suites DuBois

We always staff at the Comfort Inn DuBois when we travel to visit family on the East Coast. The staff and the facilities are incredible. For the first time, my 86 year father was traveling with us. The television in his original room was broken and would not work. The front desk clerk went above and beyond the call of duty to find an available room for him with a working television. The hotel was almost completely booked, but she took time to help my dad who is not exactly the easiest senior citizen to work with. My dad left the Comfort Inn raving about how good it was.

Honestly, there isn't anything I would suggest for improvement. One annoyance was that a family using the pool at the same time as we were, filled water balloons and were throwing them in the pool area. When they broke, they left the plastic fragments of the balloons in the pool.

We have stayed here several times. It is a convenient stop on the way back from an annual trip we take. It is easy off of the highway yet near good restaurant options in DuBois. It is always very clean and not noisy. Tye bed is very comfy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast is better than what you usually get when a meal is included with your stay. The restaurant on site also has good food if you want to stay out when you arrive.

For the purpose of a quick overnight stay, it was excellent. No complaints.

My teenage kids had a blast on the waterslide and at the pool. We all loved the room and the shower had great water pressure! Nice and clean, too. Beautiful lobby, which smelled great. Easy parking. Friendly staff. We had a great time eating and throwing axes at the Angry Goat in Du Bois. It was a surprisingly nice stop along Route 80.

The pool was closed the second day of our stay due to an unsafe chlorine level in the hot tub (I believe). Would have loved to stay later but a late check out was not available. (check out is 11am)

The beds were so comfortable. Room was spotless. Kids loved the pool. Dinner was delicious.

Lack of restaurant opening hours - food was delicious so it was a pity. Ordered take away one eve. My card wouldn't work so receptionist offered to put it on her card + I pay her cash which I thought was v decent. We were lost without transport here but hotel gave number of local Uber driver who was lovely.

The space of the room was more than 2 beds and a bathroom crammed into a small space. It had a couch with 2 tvs and was very roomy. The kids enjoyed every part of the pool especially the slide!

I dropped my glasses off the night stand and under the top of the bed was not very clean. Possibly an oversight and didn't ruin the trip.

The staff was super friendly from the second we arrived !!! The pool & hot tub were amazing. we have been staying the last 4 years here when we come up to see the elk in Benezette. My son loves the pond out front to fish in !

we got a queen size room, supposed to be two queen sized beds, I don’t think that’s what we got, beds were small and not very comfortable, but we were only staying two nights so it wasn’t to bad.

Great facility. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than most. Overall a great, comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again.

Only negative was the rate I paid for the room for one night, but it was a last minute booking, so I totally understand how that goes. That's a me problem, not a them problem.

Everything was great but first of all, a professional receptionist checked us in. we as a family were impressed how kind he was when he upgraded our stay for no charge. we were tired and in our way back home to Virginia from Niagara Falls. and we were surprised by this kind gesture of the hotel employee, I asked while checking out the lady receptionist about his name, she said : Joseph. Thank you Joseph! Comfort Suites DuBois, you are amazing and your hotel is so nice. definitely 10/10

Super friendly early check-in, great room size with very cozy beds, refrigerator, coffee machine … excellent Wifi, nice pool and jacuzzi, possibility to play golf at a very reasonable price, solid breakfast - with option to use reusable plates, cups, cutlery …

More fresh and healthy options for breakfast would be nice and further avoidance of plastic & easy avoidable waste

The whole stay the pool area was only opened 1 day and that's because it had already scheduled a pool birthday party and immediately afterwards the pool is closed again that was the purpose of the trip to enjoy the spa area . The manager on staff promised us a free night when we checked out but we never got it in writing and she didn't give us the voucher I would've booked a 2night stay at check out to get the 3rd night locked inn but the grounds are beautiful loved the trip we took in the golf cart to view the grounds and Breakfast was always a delicious meal there.0bi
