Homewood Suites By Hilton Dubois, Pa

I have stayed at this property prior to the Covid travel restrictions for the past two years and was very satisfied. I feel it has gone down a bit but understand what the past two years have been like. The staff was great, and did their best to be helpful, courteous and pleasing. I know it will be better and I will stay there if I am coming to that part of the country in the future. Thank you.

Cleanliness was down a bit, not what I expect from Hilton. I did not like not having my room refreshed each day. Staff did promptly deliver extra towels with a smile and front desk was helpful with our needs.

The General manager, Angela was great and most helpful. When I called from the airport because there was literally no transportation shoe offered to come and pick me up when she was free from her duties at the hotel. This was beyond my expectations. I did find ride from some very kind people, but to that offer was well above any expectation.

The lack of transportation to the hotel was very disappointing, but that has nothing do with the hotel except to have personnel that they might call upon for transport to the hotel.

They provided hot food, scrambled eggs, sausages, and biscuits. They also offered plenty of bread choices for breakfast. The room was clean, and the kitchen was set up nicely.

When we checked in, the staff did not wear a mask and was coughing. Luckily, there was a plastic shield between us. The facial tissue box was empty.

Loved how the hotel was clean and updated throughout. The location was good and right off the highway. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great Definitely recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent place for a sleepover if you're travelling. The bed was great, nice sofa, plenty of room. There was a kitchenette in the room which was nice because of the large fridge. Breakfast was served, good safety measurements.

Staff was not very friendly. Location is close to the Interstate, but the neighbourhood is a bit off. Breakfast was not so appealing to me: scrambled eggs with bacon or sweetened yoghurts with cornflakes. What happened to plain yoghurt or muesli? Or an apple?

The lobby decor was very updated & modern. The room was fantastic. It had a full kitchen with a sink, garbage disposal, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave & stove. Plates & silverware were provided as well. I also enjoyed the bed & pillows which were extremely comfortable!

The shower didn’t have enough shelf-space.

the location was very nice and away from the main drag of things. The breakfast was good and nice to come down to.

Everything was very nice but bathroom tubs/shower/curtain could have used a little extra care.

During Covid, the breakfast is grab and go but they had good things and the coffee was great (and I'm very picky about coffee!) I loved the suite as it was huge and really wonderful. Full sized fridge, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, sink, very handy and easy to heat up my dinner! Nice microwave that is actually huge. Very impressive! Great night's sleep and nice, spacious room for no more than I would pay to stay at The Hampton or Holiday Inn Express or Hilton Garden Inn! Wonderful deal!

Everything was great and the suite was over and above what I expected for the price! The only thing is that I paid for wi-fi and was not able to use my Chromebook which is exactly like my phone. I could get online on my phone but that's it. I couldn't get the work done that I needed to do. My Chromebook blocked their network, claiming it was not secure. That's pretty bad if I paid for it. It should be secure. Anyway, everything else was great! Thank you!

Hotel was clean and nice

I was charged around 80 USD more than what booking.com rate communicated. No one explained to me why the rates changed.

They told us we could get in early around 9am to decorate room and couldn't get in until 1120 we was decorating for a bride and groom should really think of a honeymoon suite at your location seeing there isn't any in dubois pa
