Clarion Pointe by Choice Hotel

The Breakfast is good with couple of varieties. I think I like the Hotel arena. The environment is quite and clean for my liking. The Attendants are friendly and welcoming. Keep it up.

Hotel name is CLARION POINTE HOTEL. But on arrival, I saw DAYS INN. I was confused for a while. I asked again before I was redirected. I think the Old name of the hotel (Days Inn) should be changed to reflect the current name which is CLARION POINTE HOTEL.

The provided breakfast was excellent. It was larger and had more choices than normal breakfast offerings of this kind. We much appreciated the friendly helpfulness of the staff we encountered. No major complaints.

Mostly what I don't like is the "coaching" on the What did you like and What didn't you like questions on this survey; not letting me finish until I entered the amount of information you found acceptable. That's something I should determine.

Walked in to a clean lobby. when we got on the floor of our room you can definitely smell the cleaner they used in the hallway (also an employee was cleaning the walls) walled into the room and it was spotless. Breakfast was pretty good (could probably add some hot food).

Mmm nothing that I can think of.

The receptionist (I think her name was - Terilyn) was an exceptional employee! She even showed me how to install an Uber app on my phone to get a car to take me to the event that I was attending. Housekeeping was efficient and responsive to my needs. Overall, you should be commended on having a very personable and friendly staff.

It was okay. Coffee was good. Muffins were good. Yogurt and fruit. Maybe more selection of fruit. Oranges were very good. Didn't try anything else

Exiting the parking lot at night was a little discouraging, but I enjoyed the rest of our stay

Bed and bedding excellent. Handy to I-90 but just far enough away to be quiet.

Rebranding/refurbishing in process. Will be very positive when complete.

Jessy (front desk/manager) gave us great service! We stayed in a renovated room and it's everything we needed. We have now stayed here twice and will return again. Great location if you're traveling through.

The hotel is centered around everything Walmart gas station bars lake and beach restaurants etc. The pool was heated and lit at night wifi free pet friendly room was a bit small but all the other perks more than covered that the evening staff are the most friendly people you could expect to meet.

They say complimentary breakfast and don't offer it due to covid but there's a Walmart right up the street. Also the mgt never really addressed the concerns in my email like Radisson did. Never the less it was an awesome stay and experience.

The room was nice and the price was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable, we totally enjoyed our stay and had a very well needed night's rest. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good too.
