Clean rooms, super friendly staff. Great value.

The Lady at front desk on the overnight shift went above and deyond my expectations. We arrived about 3 10 am and The lady was very kind trying to get us checked in was a very long process because they could find the reservation. Booking.com failed to let me know that it is best to call the hotel to register over the phone or let them know I am still arriving if it is after 1 am. That is what caused such a long delay for me checking in because the audit was done and it took my reservation out of their system.. The woman at the desk is amazing and very kind.

The building is very nice, beds are very comfortable and clean. Could use more attention when cleaning bathrooms. There was build up on sprinkler and some pretty bad dirt and grime still in parts of the shower. Other than that very clean and comfortable.

the Staff were very accommodating especially when our first room was right across from a room where these people left their dogs locked up in the room and they kept barking. the hotel called them told them about their pets distributing other guest and they moved our room down to the other end of the hall. the one guest service attendant even when up to the room to see how loud the pets were and they called the people staying there right away . Thank you for making our stay better after that innocent. Loved the Jacuzzi and Pool , they were kept clean and the matience people were in during the morning hours to service both of them. Our rooms were nicely made up and everything cleaned and sanitized.

basically the guests who had their dogs in room 228 right across the hall from our original room . the people just left them in their all day and into the evening hours. poor things kept crying and barking because it was like they were dumped off their. they did it the next night too because after the front desk moved us, I was waking down the hallway to go to the ice machine late and I heard them the next night as well. some people shouldnot have pets if that's what they do , dump then off in a hotel while they go do whatever they want .

Room 206 was very clean and the HVAC worked well. The breakfast was sufficient and very good coffee (surprisingly) from the coffee making machine in the lobby. Well maintained, but maybe time to get new common space carpeting(?) Attentive and informative Front Desk Associates.

There was a "recently installed" security light outside of the rear of the building facing the woods, on the Southeast façade. This fixture was improperly installed and flashed/strobed continually after dark. Fortunately the blackout drapes solved the problem. However the Front Desk employees should know where the on/off switch is located and simply turn off the fixture until the electrician returns and makes the correction.

We stay here often and the rooms are good for what we need and the pool/spa is used at every stay. Exceptional staff!!!

I don’t like that the long table was removed from in front of the check in counter. I’m on the shorter side and the table allowed for me to see what I was looking for in my purse and kept my chin away from everyone else’s germs off the counter. It also made the lobby look more inviting. ( this isn’t so much about the property as a change based on my own opinion... Covid may be becoming the next illness to flu but it’s still there and I felt “safer” with some distance between my face and the counter)

Everything was good, the room/bed was comfortable, AC worked great, plenty of pillows and towels, all was clean, it was a "hop, skip and a jump" to Gettyburg! Breakfast was fine, just a bit disappointing as I'd stayed at another place earlier in the week that had the addition of eggs, bacon/sausage, home fries, fruit, yogurt, juices, etc...quite the spread. But a more continental style breakfast is fine as well :) As long as there's coffee!! The price for the room was very reasonable as well, which I really appreciated.

Staff competent and friendly

Hotel could use some updating. Kids were in the pool without parents. Parents sat where they could "see" into the pool area but they didn't see when their kids misbehaved. Also they were not old enough to be in hot tub, but they were in the hot tub. Parents were within view of desk staff who could have enforced the rule that they needed to be in the pool room, but they did not. Why am I mentioning it? Because the two boys physically fought. They could have easily fallen into the pool or hit their heads. Luckily, they did not...but they wouldn't have fought if their parents had been in the pool room rather than sitting outside, not able to see what was going on. Desk staff was irresponsible not to enforce the rule

Excellent visit. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and roomy. Breakfast could have been better but typical for continental breakfast at many other hotels. Quick and easy check in and check out. Elevator would have made it easier for handicapped or elderly to get to u]er rooms. Loved the location. Gettysburg is an awesome experience and I would love to return again. So much history to experience there.

Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

The staff was wonderful. The guy that checked us in I think his name was Evan. He was very nice and very friendly.

No elevator. We asked to change our room to the first floor, and Evan did that for us, the biggest problem was lots of noise and slamming doors in our hallway , all evening to very late. Nothing was said to these kids about being so loud. I am a senior and I found that very annoying.

Our room was nice, beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great! We were checked in by very nice young man, Im having trouble remembering his name, I think it was Khalid. He was very friendly and professional and when we saw him later he asked if everything was ok, did we need anything.

I wasn't crazy about the location, I had to drive everywhere and it was hard turning left out of the parking lot because of traffic on the busy road. But that won't deter me from staying there again. I would have liked a coffee pot in the room, as I like a cup before getting dressed and ready for the day, but I just went to the lobby in pj's and messy hair, where there was always coffee available 😊
