The Kasa delivered on all fronts -- the apartments were spacious and well-appointed, with great amenities. The entirely text-operated support staff came through whenever we had an issue, with very quick response and were able to manage a very complicated booking situation. The location was very convenient and the only drawback was the garage was no longer free (which I hope they've updated in the description). Overall, an amazing stay.

We were disappointed that the garage was no longer included in the booking. But otherwise, everything about the stay was amazing. Be prepared to walk, though -- the hallways are long!!

Great location, has everything within walking distance like local grocery store, restaurants and food trucks, spa, gyms, brewery, bowling and arcade, a great bike/walking path. The Kasa has amazing amenities including a small sauna, hot tub and inside heated pool, spacious courtyard with lots of seating, fire pit and games. Nightlife was great for family and friends. Night clubs and lounges are only 10-11 minutes away. We really enjoyed the cigar bars and mechanical bowling. Be aware if visiting during the week, the bars stop serving food around 10 and close around 11-midnight.

Getting to the parking deck from the Kasa was a bit confusing but the staff was helpful. The one bathroom was downstairs but the bedroom is upstairs, not something I’m use to when you visit the bathroom often or in the middle of the night. Construction is still going near the river but they don’t work on the weekends so that made it better. Also, being near the river is nice but be ready for the boats and trains noise and horns.

Really fantastic appartment. Everything seemed to be quite new. Very clean. The electric fire place was so lovely! Self check-in had some minor issues (see below). In close vicinity to Hofbräuhaus and South Side.

Parking Card was not working initially. Although this case was forseen in the really good check-in description the person called from facility management was rather rude and gave conflicting Information about how to fix our parking card. In the end we could clarifiy via Kasa customer service. The residential access door from 2nd floor parking garage to the appartment complex was permanently locked and could Not be opened from either side. So we had to find our own way which we did in the end. Both things were pretty anonying.

Great location, safe and secure, lots of great amenities for our family to feel at home. we appreciated the views, we’ll appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and the pool, and we’re thankful for the covered parking during all of the rain.

the door code didn’t work at the main lobby entrance - tried two separate nights. not a dislike but a heads up - the bathtub drain stopper didn’t keep water in the tub and the upstairs bathroom sink has a slow drain.

comfortable, swimming pool was heated. Easy walking and closeness to restaurants and different sites. Made the driving distance to other locations less hectic but far enough to avoid all the noise and busyness of downtown.

Breakfast N/A location good for DRIVING to places, but there were no cafes, shops, etc. within walking distance. It was very quiet, secure, and adequately furnished for cooking; suggest getting a chopping board. I would stay there again if I could get the view and FP as listed!

The description, photos, and list of amenities were not as accurate as they could have been. There were THREE BR (not two) and two Baths, all on one floor (which was great) but supposedly would have been upstairs. The photos also showed a great view, and a FIREPLACE, which was also stated in the amenities. That was esp. disappointing! Also, the elevator was NOT working on Sat. or Sunday to get to the parking area. The thermostat was not working well - we would turn it down because it was too hot, but then it would go back up within a short time, so we were constantly adjusting the heat. Finally turned on the AC, but it got very chilly. PLEASE have it repaired for the next guests.

This was home away from home for the family. We arrived at the location expecting the usual hotel experience. Kasa exceeded our expectations with the cleanliness of the place, the decor, the extra toiletries and towels, the shower, and kitchen utensils. Access to downtown Pittsburgh was easy and smooth.

The downside was that our bedroom was located close to the pet boarding and grooming facility downstairs. Dogs barking early in the morning was not ideal and trash disposal was too far from the bedroom.

The area is clean and experiencing a revitalization. Pretty easy to get around with GPS. We are dog people and loved all the dog loving neighbors.

Check in and check out could be better, although personally no problems. Just advice about preventing towing during process not so inviting. Something needs to be worked out for temporary parking for check in/out and loading/unloading.

The apartment was very nice and clean and located in the heart of everything. We enjoyed our stay, as we were there for our daughter's graduation.

The only thing that could be approved upon, is the instructions for the keypad at the front entrance and clearer directions for the entering the building from the garage.

Location was excellent! Building is quiet!

When trying to find your way to the parking garage from inside the building, go through the door marked "Not an Exit" and this will take you to the parking garage. We had to ask a current resident because we were reluctant to go thru this door.
