IT was right on our route. It was clean, breakfast was good and nice variety. In a good location for finding restaurants around.
I made reservations through expedia, it said I could hold it with a cc and pay when I arrived. The staff at the desk said they could not help us with anything because we did not reserve through them. No receipt no assistance with anything. It clearly stated on our reservations that we could pay when we arrived.

This hotel served as a hub from which we did several day trips. The room was comforting as well as comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean, managed by happy staff, and made available many breakfast options. One evening, the manager helped me with an laptop issue and printing some documents I was having difficulty with. Excellent service, friendly and courteous staff.

This property was close to where I was on business. Close to interstate. Room was typical average hotel room with king bed, small frig. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was on the opposite side of the interstate, so I didn’t have an issue with noise. Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly.

The elevator broke down for 3+ hours on the morning we checked out so everyone had to carry their luggage down the 3 flights of stairs.

We liked the 2nd room.
The room we checked in to was on the first floor. It had a strong damp, musty smell. I called the front desk and asked for another room. We moved to a room on the third floor. That room was satisfactory.

The location was convenient and the modified breakfast was great considering all the COVID protocols. We were able to easily take breakfast to our room to heat up and enjoy. Our kids loved the pool and the staff was very helpful.
The price was a little higher than we anticipated. We were also disappointed that the crib/pac-n-play was an additional $15 charge on top of our room fee.
