The staff were so helpful and funny and made us feel at home. Easy to find. Comfortable and clean

The only complaint was on Fri afternoon/evening our key would not open the door to our room. I went to the front desk and no one was there and I waited for 20 min for her to show up. I even called the front desk twice with no answer. I was then running late for the grooms supper that night. The late night lady (elderly blond)was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience.

The room was generous and comfortable.

I am surprised to see that we have a charge of $125.00 on Aug 2, which was our arrival date. I understood that we might be charged for incindentals, but we left our room neat and with no damage. How do I contact someone to have that charge reversed1

Rooms are clean. There is a comfortable living room next to the bedroom, both with a TV.

Only cold cereal and one waffle iron for breakfast available on my first two mornings. On the third and final morning there were hard boiled eggs and yogurt.

Pool and spa services unavailable. Amenities we were promised when booked weren't available due to new ownership making changes. Under beds and corners very dirty. Not explaining maid service not available during stay. Booked as pet friendly but new ownership tried to deny us checking in since they changed to no pet policy. Only after I started to contact booking.com did they allow us to check in.

the beds were great.....; the staff was always there if needed...we stayed there years ago when it was under another name... we enjoy the extra room... our stay was great.... our grandson lives close so he was always had something for us to do.. .

Location was fine breakfast was to be expected they kept everything stocked Sabrina the manager and her crew made us feel welcome from the time you arrived to stay and from the time you left to go home they'll had a sense of urgency to meet the guest needs

The front desk lady (Brandi) was super professional, friendly and helpful. She went beyond what she had to do to make our stay pleasant! I also liked the wall mural.

Needs a curtain over the shade because the sun came shining in very early. The pool area needs to be cleaner and the roof needs to be repaired. Staff should wear mask. Mirror trim in the bathroom needs to be painted. Rust on refrigerator needs to be painted. Easier access to plugs next to bed. Cobwebs behind bathroom door. ( Bathroom was very clean)

Quite. Good bed. Reasonable price. Good distance from Downtown and restaurants. Staffs were very friendly. They offered breakfast such as waffles, cereal, juices, hard-boiled eggs.

Ice machine wasn’t working. The pillow is either too soft or too firm.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. They made my family and I feel at home. The lady that checked us in Friday afternoon and the lady that works night are great.

Can't say there was anything that I didn't like about our stay here. The price was great, the rooms are big and comfortable. We liked everything.

The room was perfect. It had 2 queen beds, a kitchen area, and a separate living area with two tvs. The beds and pillows were great and the room was clean. We were given towels and bedding as often as needed and housekeeping was so friendly.

The only issues we had were the lack of a decent breakfast (it was to go bags with granola bars in it), and the ac was broken in the pool building.
