Sleep Inn Charleston - West Ashley

It was very quiet the people including some guests were very nice and helpful, my child is in a wheelchair and I had so many hold the door open for him and I. I am not used to that so that was a nice treat. The rooms are very very clean. I like the late check out. I don't feel like I have to rush to leave. And the breakfast was very good. A great variety and even though I was still eating past time for the area to close the lady never told us once we had to leave, so I was able to enjoy my breakfast. I will be coming back

Well the only thing I don't like is it's not an automatic opening door at the entrance way it's not a deal-breaker for me but I have become accustomed and so used to them that I'm kind of spoiled to them

Nicole at the front desk was exceptional from me calling and asking so many questions to my extended my room for another day. The staff was nice the pool was great it lights up at night, shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with pancakes and waffles selections boiled eggs etc. and plenty of gas stations and food places the beach is only 20 min away a straight shot

Breakfast nothing to brag about at all , but the hotel was super clean and comfortable and the courtyard and fountain appealing , location very good also

Person who checked me in not personable or hospitable and breakfast was bland , left messy , no one overseeing dining area ..

I liked that the location is centrally located. But we didn't have the best weather so traffic was a bit congested. I liked the pocket door on the bathroom & the bed was super comfy.

There really aren't any complaints I have for the hotel.

Wow – if I could bottle up the kindness displayed at this property and carry it with me and share it everywhere, I would! I have traveled around to many places and the people who work here are just so nice... not just to me but to my service dog. Aside from that, the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful.

The only downside was that I stepped in a large pile of fire ants on the property while walking my service dog... My foot was covered in them and swelled up. The front desk was very attentive when I notified them and wanted to know where the location of the fire ants was so that they could handle it. They made sure that I would be able to stay another night so I could rest in my room with my foot up. Again, they were the nicest!

For the price the room was nice size, we had 2 queens. Breakfast had anything you'd want including pancakes, waffles, omelets and everything in between. Bed was comfortable. Location was not that far from the battery, restaurants and market. If you're into biking there's a great riding path just behind the hotel. We leisurely rode for 1 1/2 hours and went about 10 miles.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good. Great patio space to eat every morning with a fountain. The staff was very helpful with questions on anything we needed.

The only thing would be the location. It’s difficult sometimes to get out onto the highway

The check-in was very fast and easy. The room has a good size and was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast as a continental one, was pretty good: eggs, bacon, make your waffle, fruits, yogurt and, bread, bagel cereal. Coffee and juice. There's a coca cola vending machine on the first floor, as well a ice maker. Very convenient and affordable stay.

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I have chronic back pain and hotel beds are usually uncomfortable, but this bed was perfect. Staff is friendly.

The carpet in our first room was soaked from the AC, but the hotel changed our room as soon as I notified them of the problem. The parking lot arrangement is awkward and unloading our luggage from the car to take up to the room took a little more time than usual. The drive around loop by the entrance is too small, it only fits one car, and a car was already occupying the space, so we had to unload luggage from the back parking lot.

The shower was Awesome and huge! Good parking! Breakfast was great!

The night auditor while sweet as southren sweet tea.... was slow as meat curing for the winter. Bless her it took her forever to check us in.... we got there at 1:30 am and had to be up by 7 for a medical procedure.
