Comfort Inn Downtown Chattanooga

The front desk was exceptionally kind, from check in to check out... the cleaning lady was rude, she put the breakfast out every morning, and she used fowl language while talking,.she gave me dirty looks because i was out there at 6am to get breakfast, i was told 6am til 9am. I guess that bothered her but everything else was GREAT.🙏🌟 I liked the pool and gym... Definitely one of my favorites.

The breakfast/ Cleaning lady was unprofessional, had a potty mouth, and was rude.

Location is a bit unsuitable. Area is industrial, very underdeveloped. Noticed a police presence. Building shows substantial deterioration. Doors, hallways, common areas are well beyond modernization. However, the rooms are exceptionally clean. Beds, linens and towels are of highest quality, which was a very nice offset with an aging facility. Complimentary breakfast was also exceptional. Good variety, with respect to dietary needs and nutrition.

Amazing location so close to downtown chattanooga as well as ruby falls, lookout mountain and rock city gardens. Love the view from the hotel where you can see the mountain. Comfortable beds and amazing housekeeping. Front desk people were super helpful and friendly and breakfast was amazing

Pool could of been a little cleaner it has a fishy sulfur smell

My boyfriend and I came to stay for our anniversary and we wanted to explore the city so we weren't in our room a whole lot, but the time that we spent in the room was so nice! The room was clean with plenty of amenities. We had a mini fridge, a microwave, and a big closet for our clothes. It was a great stay and I would stay here again!

All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in you can smell how clean they have the property. Next day morning breakfast great selection, and the lady that was in charge was going above and beyond with everyone, making sure they found what they needed. Definitely will be going back

Room was comfortable. Pet friendly. Very nice front desk workers. My stay was overall good.

I was on the very end of the hall, and someone came over in the night and tried to get in. That scared me.

Surprisingly quiet to be located so close to the interstate. The staff was super friendly and willing to accommodate my requests for rooms being located near each other. A/C was spot on and beds were comfortable.

Hotel is a little dated but I knew that going into it. The area where its located is a little sketchy but we didn't have any problems. Hotel was located downtown but a few minutes away from local attractions though only about a 10-15 minute drive away.

This was a great event! The establishment was perfect and everything went smoothly and I got some very good sex since the hotel was nice and the jacuzzi was a bonus.

The pool needed to be cleaned! Disappointment to see how it was not kept up, and the refrigerator was so wobble when u open the door always expected for something to fall out or roll out!!!! Room234

It was fairly nice and it was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

There was some construction going on in front of the hotel making it where you could only go one way when leaving. The distance to most of the restaurants wasn't horrible but wasnt super convenient either.
