My night time desk audit gentleman is always so pleasant and helpful. He is a great customer service person and personality is exceptional. Compared to actual owner I feel he she have an run this hotel he makes ever stay the best for me and my spouse on the regular when we need a quick get away. Thank you sir he’s usually of on Monday and Tuesday but always seems to be there rest of week I love him he’s awesome

Everything was good

Clean room with new flooring. Bed was ok, not new but got a good night sleep. Perfect for an overnight right near the attractions we wanted to visit. Quiet. Lots of towels. I would definitely

The shower head sprayed water everywhere. The ceiling and floor got soaked. Bedside tables were dirty.

The front desk staff member was a very big help with my rewards program. He was very nice .

Breakfast.The only thing for breakfast was orange juice or apple juice and a muffin. It needs to be updated to a better selection.

Bed was very comfortable, parking was good and location great.

When we checked in the room wasn't very clean, the sink was dirty looked like someone had brushed their teeth and toothpaste was all over counter, in the sink, and on the faucets. Commode and tub were also not cleaned properly. My wife and I had to clean it ourselves and we cleaned it everyday we were there.

i enjoyed the rooms! they were very clean and the room we had was very spacious.

bugs kept coming into the room closer towards night time and the pool water was kinda dirty

Close to Cloudland Canyon State Park, and just a few minutes from downtown Chatanooga. The rooms are well maintained, and had everything we needed.

There isn’t anything to really dislike about the property. We had a pleasant stay.

Very friendly staff and the calmness and quite peaceful. Very pleasunt stay, definly will stay again and thank y'all for the lovely hospitality😉😊

It wasnt a thing I did not like u guy's are doing a great job.

Bed is comfy! They accommodated my late checkout and weren't bothersome about it. Very quick to act if you have any requests. I accidentally threw my diamond ring in the trash and the staff assisted me in finding it. They were very kind and helpful.

Bathtub was dirty and the shampoo etc had been used. I needed to use the guest laundry however this property does not have it.

Staff was great 👍. Very Friendly.

The beds r not comfortable and the pillows r awful 😞. There were not cups or ashtrays in my room. And it was a smoking room.

It’s close to Ruby Falls, aquarium, rocks city garden. Everything that you want to see while you’re here!!

A little out dated, needed extra pillows( staff gave us some right away)!
