Comfort Inn & Suites Lookout Mountain

We liked the location because there were shopping places nearby where we could just run out and pick up little things we forgot. The room was clean and well appointed with a microwave and fridge which is very handy with two little ones. Tje staff was great. the little ones loved the pool. Overall we were very happy with this location.

The only hitch was that my husband called down and asked what time breakfast would close and understood it would close at 10. We had a time change which interfered with the little ones schedule so we let them sleep in a bit. When we went down about 10 till 9 the breakfast was already being taken up. Very little was left. The lady was nice enough to get me some milk for the babies, which I appreciated so much. The adults made do with coffee

The price was extremely affordable for what was offered! It was very close to what we came to see (aquarium) but not IN the city so the views were amazing. Woke up to see the mountains right outside our window! We have a 6 month old and 3 yr old and they were so nice to the kids as well! Very family friendly. We were on the 3rd floor and noone complained about the noise that comes with traveling with kids!

The only thing that was a bummer was the indoor swimming pool was not heated so we definitely could not stay in for long with the kids.

I loved the cleanliness and condition of inside. The indoor pool was also nice. Breakfast was good. The mattress was very comfortable and nice pillows. The bathroom sink was nice. The location wasn’t in the busy area but close to everything.

The outside of property didn’t meet our expectations. Also some of staff was unprofessional with other guests. I also wasn’t prepared for them not to take cash at check in. Or they would have charged way more. We had to go to bank to add money to account and then come back and pay. Only other issue was key card stopped working on second day but main desk fixed and apologized.

The breakfast was the norm for most hotels. Sugary and weak coffee. But my two under age 12 boys loved the selection. Indoor pool was fun and relaxing and well stocked with towels. This is a rarity. $168 for one night on a Saturday night. Worth the price.

The place needed some outside maintenance. Especially their parking lot. Potholes have most likely caused numerous front end alignment bills.

The breakfast was fine .... simple, but probably a little something for everybody. I enjoyed it. 24 hour coffee ... great for me! My grandkids enjoyed the pool.

No complaints! Affordable, comfortable, clean, and I felt safe. I don't ask for much more, personally.

We liked the clean rooms and the hot shower. The beds were comfortable.

The location and parking wasn't good. The entry way through the gas station parking lot was very rough with huge pot holes. The parking at the hotel isn't that good.

Wonderful staff. Everyone was amazingly helpful. We missed the breakfast finish and lovely manager opened everything up for us again. Property was exceptionally new and clean. Great bathroom and nice little indoor pool

Pool was only open from 12 noon. So I didn’t get my morning swim.

Parking lot was always full and it it hard to get to front door navigating around gas station and motel next door.

Close to many places and easy to get in and out. The pool was refreshing and the breakfast was good.

The draining hole in front of the toilet I keep tripping over due to the odd location of it. The limited parking area.

The bed was comfortable and we loved the pillows. The whole place was clean, plenty of towels and the shower worked great. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food.

There could have been more parking places but it was fine.
