The hot tub was the main reason we chose this facility. Everything was good not much of a selection on the TV but no biggie. Everything was comfortable. Staff was very friendly
I thought the rate was a little high considering the location and the fact I was there a few months ago and it was $30 a nite cheaper. No place in the area to grab a quick bite to eat

Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The shower had amazing water pressure! The staff was very friendly and the check in process was very quick and easy! There was plenty of parking and the doors had security locks so that we could only get into the room area (not the lobby) by our room key. I appreciated the added security since it was just my child and I traveling.
I didn't like that the rooms were a little thinner, meaning you could hear out into the hallways if you were by the bathroom and I heard people/pets running back and forth quite a bit the night we were there.

Very convenient, beds were comfortable, the linens were clean and the property had been updated. The staff was very nice and put us in rooms next to each other even though they were fully booked.
They could do a bit better on cleaning around the edges of the walls in the rooms. There was some maintenance needed in the kitchenettes in both rooms. Also they needed a space outside to relax. The patio area didn’t have any furniture.

The room layout and features was very good. The bathroom was excellent. The shower had amazing water pressure. Overall it was a good experience.
The couch was visible warn, but still comfortable. The security at the door on the opposite end from the lobby was non-existent. The ice machine on my floor was broken.

Service here was incredible! Requested a lil love note to be in my room upon arrival as a gift for my boyfriend and they did so. Beautiful family runs the whole joint and they constantly made sure we were had everything we needed :)

The clerk was wonderful. She was so polite and helpful. The rooms were nice also except for the smell. It was close enough to everything to get where we wanted quickly without the busy noise of downtown.
