Plantation Oaks

Staff was friendly. Room smelled very clean when we walked in. Breakfast had many different options (more than I’ve seen at most hotels).

My toddler was excited to get in the pool. After putting swimsuits on and double checking radar for passing storms, we went down and there was a padlock on the gate. A large group of teenagers arrived before us and asked staff to unlock the gate. The staff declined saying it was going to rain. In their defense, it had rained earlier but it never did the rest of the evening. The teenagers seemed like they would be a pain to deal with (loud and rowdy) so probably for the best. It was just a huge bummer for my toddler after talks about the pool all day.

Every time I'm in town I prefer to stay here. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean, safe, and quiet. If you are looking for somewhere that is not quite in Memphis but close enough to everything that feels in the middle of it all, with a safe and clean vibe, and great staff then look no further. Honestly, out of all of the places I stay in my travels this is one of my favorites!

I've been here about 6 or 7 times now. I can say I haven't found a single thing that I don't like.

The AC worked great. They removed the carpet and put in wood flooring, which is cleaner. Matresses were covered to prevent bedbugs. Pool had a lot of kids, but that is to be expected as hot as it was. Overall, it was a great stay.

TV did not have a lot of channels. We did not stay in the room much, but it would have been nice to have a bigger selection.

I was blown away at the cleanliness right off the bat! The beds were just right and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It’s way cheaper than the other 3 hotels I’ve stayed at in Millington. The management and staff were nice as well!

The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating to my needs. I have stayed at every hotel in Millington at one time or another being originally from here. The thing I like the most is it is located a couple of miles before you actually get to the city of Millington. The build next to the hotel has a wonder country cooking restaurant that serves wonder lunch and dinner which is located in the same attached parking.lot as the hotel Top it off with the convince store as located in that same attached lot that opens at 5 with the best homemade breakfast sandwiches. I have decided to ask the management about their fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment or maybe with the upcoming 3 bedroom with the holidays approaching. I really hate leaving this place everytime I visit because of all the hotel I'm in throughout the year there is only one that makes ne truly feel at home.

Everything!! check in was SMOOTH, Staff was VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING!! the breakfast was GREAT, ROOMS were clean and smelled good!! I’d definitely stay here again!! We were supplied with anything we asked for with no hesitation, it’s close to shopping and food as well!! I rate them 100/100

The location is in a great area and the staff is awesome. My room was clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel 🤗

I was uncomfortable with a man that work for the hotel that stated to me that he was maintenance and housekeeping. He also came to my door knocking and trying to use a card but when I opened the door he stated he was at the wrong room. Everything else was great!

Staff is friendly.

My toilet was disgusting. Just happened to bend down to dry my feet with a towel and noticed dried on poop all down the bottom of toilet. Had to clean my floors myself. Used my own toilet paper I bought because their stuff is cheap.

Right outside of Memphis, this was a great place to stay as a halfway point during our trip. Pet friendly. Restaurants right up the road about two miles. The facilities were clean, and our bed was comfortable. The young man at the front desk was super pleasant.

The lock on our door was broken in one of the rooms. Other than that, no complaints!

Lower level room with great parking. Secure key entrance to building. Close to job site (within 3 miles)and close to stores. The room was clean and staff was great.

Had to constantly login to Wifi even while using it. It caused use of lots of gigs. Needs bigger TVs. Too small to read guide. Need more sitting space other than bed.
