The hotel had all the necesary facilities. The coffee bar was great for breakfast, and the staff was quick and helpful. The room was just as described, and they had full sized soap, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfy, and the room was quiet and not too hot, air conditioner worked great. Is close tho downtown by car and near main highways.

The entrance can be dismissed if one is not paying attention. The hotel is not visible from the road. A sign before the actual entrance to the parking lot would be helpful.

Loved that all my family was able to get rooms close together. Made it easier especially since my kids stayed with different family members at night.

Nothing really. Everything was perfect for us. Some construction going on. And at one point had one close to my window but I just closed the curtains.

Quite and clean

Plumbing issues, was told the building was old and pipes had to be pulled replaced was offered to switch rooms. Pool had no lights but was open to 11 pm however it was to dark to go swimming so you might want to make sure you go early.

The bed is old, when you lie down it sinks! And I'm light, I only weigh 60kg!! I was in pain the back, have to change the mattress! Must be over 10 years old. I stayed in room 728

The staff was very nice, helpful, helpful, professional, and friendly! Also, there was a worker named Madison who was extraordinary and went over and beyond to make my stay and experience awesome!

I travel to Austin with my granddaughter that was attending college. The distance from the hotel to the college was easy and great. I will be staying there next time I visit her.

When exiting the highway, you pass the hotel and have to go around to enter the hotel.

Location, easy access to the places I wanted to visit. The desk in my room made for good writing and planning layout for activities/eating to go dinner

I think the AC unit in my room was struggling a bit, took a while to get cool. Construction in the area made navigating areas back to the hotel a little difficult, but that's beyond the hotel's control.

shower temp control was not good, sudden temperature shift to very hot without warning. Happened to both of us. set your temp cooler than you would like so that when it spikes you don’t get burned. :/

very clean and nice renovations. parking was easy and free.

coffee machine was so dirty. water that came out had flakes and mold? the bar and bistro was closed and that was one reason I booked. breakfast was so basic cold food
