We loved the bed, breakfast, size of room, ability to control room temperature and we LOVED the back patio! The drive through the neighborhood was so hilly and fun to drive too! Hosts invited us ask or text questions while we were out. We did have a few questions while we were out and they responded with helpful answers.

Lighting in bedroom and toilet/shower area could be brighter. I would have preferred a place to unpack my suitcase and a table of some kind by my side of the bed would have been nice. All small things.

The hosts Doug and Vicki were very hospitable, helpful, kind and accommodating. Vicki made us a very nice breakfast. We felt sorry cause we were weary from travel and a bit late to the table, which I think kind of threw her and Doug of schedule, and we apologize for that faux pas.

We wish we'd had more time to spend at the lovely home but we had a lot of family to visit in the area which kept us out late

Vicki and Doug were phenomenal hosts and provided us with warm and welcoming service. Their home was truly beautiful. For the first time in several years, Luis and I felt at peace.

There wasn't anything we didn't like other than wanting our stay to be longer.

Vicki and Doug were incredibly hospitable, and gave us really good recommendations on where to go and what to do close by. Vicki made us a wonderful breakfast both days we were there, and their home was very inviting and cozy.

The property is lovely - the view over the river valley, the garden plots around the house, and the Texas-focused decor inside. We really enjoyed talking to the hosts about the town and mutual places we have visited. We loved sitting out on the back porch, day or night.

Beautiful, peaceful property. Easy location. Lovely, private room and bath. Very comfortable bed. Slept like a rock.Vicki and Doug were terrific hosts and responsive to communication. Doug even came outside in 20 degree weather to help me clear the frost off my car. Would definitely return!

The house is lovely and we felt right at home. The view is gorgeous. The owners are very kind. Could not have asked for more. It was exactly what we needed for the night. We would definitely go back again if we needed to spend the night in the area. They would be our first call.

The entire package was great!! Enjoyed meeting this very interesting couple, one of the few B&B’s we’ve been to lately that still provide a fresh cooked breakfast, something different every morning. Beautiful property with fabulous view!

Delicious breakfast was served by a lovely couple who make you feel right at home. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Everything was so clean and welcoming. The view from the hill and back porch are lovely. I was very happy with my stay! Highly recommended.

Everything about this day was wonderful. The location, the comfort, the amenities and of course our hosts!

Believe it or not, there's actually nothing about her stay that we did not enjoy.
