Istay Hotel Ciudad Juarez

Easy to find. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The breakfast was a good value. There are several tables and chairs around the pool area to relax in the afternoon. It was also a surprise to find the small exercise room is open 24 hrs. The lobby area is large and well appointed. We loved the shuttle to the airport as well. The WiFi is strong and the water pressure in the rooms is good. We felt very secure and comfortable there.

The TV system does not allow switching the language to English which would have been better for us. Also several of the power outlets in the room were not working, but we found enough to keep our electronics charged up.

Is a very nice place to stay. what I like the most was the patio and balconies. nice place and very nice amenities. Very nice staff. We had some problems with the room keys, but the lobby staff was there even at 3:00am to help :)

I was very happy with the room, I did not like about the room was that there was no coffee maker and no microwave nor fridge. Also, the bathroom shower I notice there was residue of a bar soap in the shower wish it means this was not clean or some onw forgot to scrub the shower. not nice.. :(

One thing that we didn’t like and that we had trouble with was that we had to change like twice our key from our room because it didn’t work and than they change our room because the one that they give us there was people already in it

everything was great, except for the treatment I got from the lady on the front. she was not friendly at all and very moody. a heavy set lady that works the graveyard shift. she’s scaring your customers away

Places great. I stay there for many years. Break place to stay. Needs a lot of updating though.

It's a great place but some of the things are broken. The AC did not cool. Good at all. Needs a lot of updating.

I really like the location and covered parking.

The rooms need be updated. This is the second room we’ve stayed at that the door either doesn’t latch to good or it patched to much that we had to push with all our strength to open the door. Also the towels are old and the bathrooms have multiple patches of repair on the walls.

Excellent staff, next door to Sanborn's and close to malls, easy point of "demaracation" for going places in Juarez.

There were some noisey guests (children and sports teams) and I had to move rooms. Each room has a connecting door to the room next to it and you can hear guests in the other room. I had small children who were not too bad but my last night I has a smoring man whose phone chimed and made noises all night AND he was a door slammer.

I liked everything but when I walked out my room their were always people on the table outside my door, which I didn’t like.
