SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Historic Stockyards

I liked the full breakfast buffet. The shower and its temp indicator was cool. Sofa and bed very comfortable. I utilized the in room gun safe. Ice container was a nice size. We visited the bar area both nights, and Jeff was super nice and informative. He also gave us real plates for our Mexican food leftovers!

The PRICE! I realize it was a Spring break weekend, but Geez! The long walk throught the lobby from parking area since we did not do valet. Smoke alarm accidentally went off and continued for several minutes

Location is great ! When attending events at the stockyards .

When checking out our total was increased by $40 per night . I was told this was because the hotel was sold out ! On a Monday and Tuesday ????? Parking lot was only half filled when I drove out with my vehicle . Pretty quiet around the hotel for being sold out ! Check out staff in the morning were arrogant and didn’t really care to look into the issue when asked . She seemed to be distracted by her personal device to get back to her movie , and kinda of laughed rudely with another staff member that I was asking about my increased charges . Planning to come back to the area but might steer clear due to increased charges with no notice

The facilities were modern and beautiful. Cleanliness was excellent. It even smelled fresh and lovely each time you entered. Staff was helpful and friendly. Walk to Stockyards area was very convenient.

The restaurant was beautiful and convenient but very extravagant. Prices were ridiculously high and very few choices. Again staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented but we only ate there once due to price and menu choices.

We booked this hotel on a busy weekend and had a wonderful time! Our room got upgraded to a room with a huge balcony overlooking the street which was awesome! It was a perfect location with easy access to all of the stockyards areas. Stopped in at the bar at the end of the night and it has a great view of both downtown and the stockyards! Highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms were large 2 double beds and located within walking distance of the stockyards with the added bonus of breakfast included. Staff were super friendly and approachable.

Pool was adequate but a larger pool would have been been great. I feel this hotel was more geared to business stays than leisure but this wasn’t an issue and would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable room, breakfast bar was amazing and staff was friendly. The location was perfect walking distance from the Stockyards.

Nothing really, but if I have to choose - the parking is not included, and additional $10 per day! Also, it can be a bit tricky if you’ve never been there but it’s understandable why it’s gated for going in and out (check-in first to get your pass).

Great room size, super clean, great location, comfortable bed, great location, excellent food at Atico. A+!!!

To be honest, there was nothing I didn't like other than when I first arrived it was hard to locate which door to use for check-in. I parked and went in a door that was on the lower level, which was a conference-type area and that wasn't where I needed to be. Signs in the lot that tell people where to go would be helpful. Otherwise, perfect stay!

Great location for the Stockyards. I liked the relaxing rooftop sitting area next to the bar. Large suites, clean and modern. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff.

A little bit of a challenge parking the car at check-in (before I had a parking permit for the car park) as the 15 minute check-in spaces were full.

Breakfast was clean and well-presented, but too light for my appetite. I would recommend replacing some items with waffles (Texas-shaped in particular). Considering this hotel is in the heart of the Historic stockyards, this would definitely add value to the overall experience.

the restaurant in hotel was unsatisfactory. we were not impressed at all. ended up not having to pay for food because it was inedible
