you really need to fix the valet. having to wait 56 minutes to get your car pulled up is not acceptable

Loved the uniqueness of the hotel and the coffee in room was wonderful.

Our shower was leaking into the room. The flooring by the shower (room side) was spongy. Clearly an issue you will want to resolve soon. We did let the front desk know about the issue. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable!

Beautiful place to stay! I went for a solo trip as a graduation present to myself and felt very safe and welcomed. The room was a little small but clean and cozy, and the touches like digital touch pads for the lights/curtains and shower were really fun to try out. I also really enjoyed the bathroom mirror, which you could use to select music for the overhead speakers or check things like the weather. The staff was super friendly as well!

The only two complaints I had were occasional noise and tech issues. My room was right next to the elevator, but I think whatever room you’re in you could probably still hear the elevators going up and down all night. Not so loud I couldn’t sleep, it took me a while to even figure out that’s what the sound was, but loud enough to be annoying at times. I also wasn’t able to hook my phone up to chrome cast or blue tooth on the TV, even after following the on screen instructions several times. I still got to use Netflix and those things, but would have been nice to cast my own music/videos to the TV.

The location was better than perfect! The hotel front desk personnel was charming and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, I was provided with more than enough information to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I had a few maintenance issues (the fridge was not cooling) but it was quickly addressed and corrected as needed.

The valet parking service provided by the hotel went through my personal belongings inside my car and stole some cash that was put away inside my glove compartment. Very disappointed to have paid extra to feel safe and ended up being violated of my privacy, as they went through my personal papers and information.

Beautifully restored downtown historical building (built around 1930) one block from Sundance Square, which has free live music on weekends from 7 to 10 pm. There's a rooftop bar open on Fridays and Saturdays that we did not get to experience, but I'm sure the views are spectacular. A lot of cool digital gadgets. You will love playing with the interactive tools in the bathroom mirror, which provide everything from weather to music while you shower. Room was comfortable and clean, but sparsely decorated. Fort Worth is an overlooked gem with great food and fun activities for kids - first rate zoo, stockyards, botanical gardens, natural science museum and planetarium, and of course all the nearby amusement parks. Magnolia Street and Reata Steakhouse make it a great place for grown-ups to treat themselves as well.

Awful urinal cake toilet bowl cleaner smell in our room when we arrived. Took several hours to dissipate. Parking seems to be several blocks away. We used valet, but it was slow and expensive. Small, dark lobby isn't the most welcoming and hides some of the cool, original art-deco design elements.

Centrally located in downtown, right next to the tourist info center, close to nice restaurants. 10 minutes by car to the Stockyards. If you like domotics that's the place for you!

We booked a room for 3 people but had to split at the end as 2 beds were not available anymore. To compensate they reduced the rate so it was kind of fine.

The location was good - close to downtown restaurants. We did not eat there as the main restaurant was closed.

A little more information about the hotel when you check in would be nice. For example, no one told us you need to go to the bar for ice as there are no ice machines. And, since this is a "smart" hotel, perhaps more information on how to operate the various panels could be given. It took some time to figure out how to make the shower work.

The Valet service was not good. They did not place my car in a covered area. I had spent over $100 plus on getting my car cleaned and leaving it uncovered birds did a number on my car. It was covered with bird droppings. Not good, not exceptable at all!!!
