AC Hotel by Marriott Fort Worth Downtown

Room was so clean and bed was incredibly soft. Slept like a baby and the shower was absolutely divine.

Definitely didn’t like you had to pay for overnight parking and the breakfast at the hotel.

Location was excellent, near Sundance Square, and a 10-minute stroll from Fort Worth Central Station. This visit to the US was the first time I have stayed at AC By Marriott properties and could not be more impressed. Excellent facilities, nice, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Fort Worth takes pride in its history and there are numerous plaques around the city highlighting some of that history, including an intriguing plaque about the Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and their gang, and their connection to Fort Worth. There are numerous restaurants and cafes around Sundance Square, but if its shopping you're after you'll need to hop onto a bus (the No.2) to Montgomery Plaza, a five minute journey, where there's a Target and other stores, or a bit further out (the No. 53 bus) to Hulen Mall, where Macy's and other major stores, and smaller boutiques, are located. As for getting to Fort Worth from Dallas Fort Worth Airport, the most efficient and least expensive option is the metro or train, which costs about $3 for the 60-minute ride. There are ticket machines at the transit station located at terminal B at the airport. There is a free shuttle which will take you to all four terminals. The train and metro will take you to Fort Worth Central Station, and then it's just a brief stroll to Sundance Square. Very efficient. .

Nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is really nice and clean. There was enough room for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) to share a room with 2 queen sized beds. The beds we're comfy and the location was great...only a few blocks from what appeared to be the art district

There is breakfast at this hotel but it's $12 for the ""buffet" and $19 for a menu item. The buffet is not good at all...there's only an assortment of cheeses, deli meat amd tons of bread. Even the coffeeach9ne was too posh for our liking. Ultimately we paid $38 for cold cereal and fruit. It also takes a long time to retrieve your car from the valet. For those with little children, our room only had a shower...no bathtub

There wasn't anything outstanding about this spot that I liked. The rooms are nice. Shower was a nice shower. Heads are so high up that there isn't much water pressure.

I thought the breakfast was awful. You can have a bunch of cereal and coldcuts and a boiled egg with one entree item which was weird all for $19.00. The bathroom is small. No information anywhere that says check in is on the 2nd floor. Took a long time for valet to bring the truck. I wasn't impressed.

Wonderful location for a weekend around Fort Worth. Lots to do, eat, drink, and see with a less than 20 minute walk from the lobby. Valet service was very convenient, especially given the center of town location. Hospitality was wonderful, interactions and accommodations from the staff were excellent. While we didn't take advantage of the daily in house breakfast, it's great that it's an option. Would recommend venturing out and finding something in town for fun, proximity to everything meant we could Yelp Waitlist and not have to stand waiting much and just headed over right from our room minutes to our table being ready. Bathroom and shower was spacious, clean, and provided with basis toiletries.

I do wish the room were a bit more spacious given the cost of the booking. Also, the bathroom uses a sliding glass door as it's doorway and is directly located near the entrance of the room. Which maybe I'm weird but I wish I had a bit more privacy. Also, we didn't pay attention to the lack of that daily breakfast NOT being included in our stay due to the discount we got through booking.com which was fine, we ended up wanting to venture out for breakfasts but be mindful of that when you're making a reservation.

Really cool hotel. This was our first time staying at this location, but not our last. Really cool spot and really liked the look of the hotel. Very modern vibe.

Everything was great! We didn't have any issues at all. Just be aware they only have valet parking, so be prepared for that. Valet service was excellent though. Just text them ticket # and they text back with time car will be ready. I'd allow 10-15 minutes prior to leaving to allow them time to get it for you.

Breakfast was buffet selection with choice of cooked breakfast. Excellent location next to Sundance Sq. Room was clean and airy.

As a Scot, breakfast tea would have been preferred to coffee. Ironed sheets on the bed are preferred as is a full mattress protector. (Sheets not ironed and only a "top" mattress protector cover that did not cover full mattress)

I was greeted by Love at the FD when i checked in and she was so welcoming! It was refreshing to feel welcomed, instead of just a transaction at the front desk. Car service staff/valet crew were super quick and nice as well! The room was nice and clean, I was so happy to see that they did not have any carpet in the room.( I have horrible allergies) They have a CVS across the street that was convenient as well as a really cute and tasty coffee shop near the entrance/next door. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Random observation: There was a unusually large gap between the door and the floor. The shower door also would slide open when in the shower. It was a bit cold in the room and there was a message asking to try to avoid changing the thermostat setting( i could have easily asked the FD to confirm) but it did not bother me to much as there blankets were warm.

The room was small but clean and nice. Bed was comfortable, pillows...not so much. The restaurant was nice and the bartender was very friendly. The hotel was clean and weirdly the lobby smelled amazing.

I did not like valet. It was so hectic and I did not feel comfortable leaving my car in the middle of the street with my hazards on, so I parked myself in a garage down the street. It was also pretty noisy, as there was a loud party going on until around 230 in the morning, somewhere nearby.

The room was beautiful and quiet. The staff was accommodating and allowed me to check in an hour early. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.

The breakfast downstairs isn't great, they have minimal food to choose from and no morning cocktails (they couldn't make me a Bloody Mary despite having a full bar). The staff member who was working the breakfast also hit on me and made me feel uncomfortable.
