Courtyard Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone

The location was perfect. Lots of eating options close by. Onsite Starbucks coffee available. The service was wonderful due to Jen Kilgore at the front desk. I cannot say enough about her wonderful hospitality. She was always willing to answer any question and provide any assistance needed. Always had a smile on her face. It's so hard to get great customer service nowadays, but, the service received was great!

There is an adjacent Corner Bakery and the service there was lacking. Not much to choose from as far as bakery items, which is very rare for Corner Bakery, and when they brought out the coffee, it had 'stuff' in like...looked like coffee grounds maybe and when pointed it out, they appeared to be annoyed.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. It’s a beautiful place! Very well maintained, the staff couldn’t be nicer, the beds are super comfortable and it’s within walking distance to pretty much everything downtown.

The only thing I don’t like is that you have to valet your car. I don’t mind valeting but it’s pretty pricey here at $30 a day, plus tax and fees. I think if you’re staying here you should at least get a discount. The valet guys were super nice though and we never had to wait long. It’s just pricey when the rooms are already $200+ a night too.

The concierge was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite since we were there celebrating our anniversary. We really liked the bakery location in the hotel. We got a great breakfast and enjoyed it in our room before checking out.

Ideally, if the hotel has different choices in pillows, (firm, soft, etc), we sleep more comfortably.

Clean, silent, smart TV

We arrived 1h earlier than the check-in time and despite our request, the girl at the reception did not even ask the cleaning staff if the room was already clean, or how much we were supposed to wait. After 5’ I asked the same thing to another receptionist and found out that our room was ready.

Constant badgering for filling out these silly surveys. The only reason I finally did it was to make it stop and tell you how much I really hate doing these surveys. I will definitely think twice about using Marriott in the future because I do not want to be harassed.

Great location, great staff, comfortable hotel right in the heart of town. There was a strange hum of a generator or air con unit in our room, which was a bit annoying. However it became white noise in the background. Otherwise, all was great!

The weird noise in the room was unexpected.

The price of my room even with valet was incredible. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. The staff was so kind and attentive. I was beyond satisfied with the entire experience. I will definitely be going back to this hotel when I go to Fort Worth.

The only thing I didn't like was the A/C. Everyone knows when you've been drinking a little and spend quality time with your woman, things get really hot. My a/c just wasn't getting cool enough for our liking. However, they sent a maintenance guy up and he helped in every way he could to resolve the issue.

Location was great! Within walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment venues.

The bed was really hard and difficult to find a comfortable spot.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, within walking distance to everything one needs. The hotel staff were the most amazing people I have ever met, they did their utmost to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible! Will definitely be staying here again.

The location of this hotel was Perfect! We went for my sister in laws 21st Birthday. I took her to Pete's Dueling Piano Bar which was literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We ate lunch right across the street earlier in the day. The hotel is located perfectly. Our Room was cozy and the valet guys were amazing! Super friendly and helpful.

I can't say that I didn't like anything. My stay was wonderful.
