Aloft Fort Worth Downtown

The staff were attentive and very helpful. Great location! Just a couple blocks from everything. The room we stayed in was a massive corner suite with a gorgeous view to boot. Breakfast was large and tasted amazing. A great value as well! Live music downstairs with a beautiful bar, pool table, and lounge area. The pool was great. I could go on and on. There's one gentleman who went above and beyond for us. I don't recall his name, unfortunately. He works at night there on the weekend. He definitely deserves a shout-out. 👏 👏👏 Second stay at this location, and I'll be back again.

Maybe more communication before I arrived. Special requests that I made that were never done nor were they discussed with me. It was fine though. We had plenty of anything we needed.

super downtown stay, perfect to even go for a run towards the river, bars and beer near as well as close to stockyard and most nice museums and shopping. living city with fair prices and very kind people

arrival and support by desk was poor and not very helpful, unmotivated and not at all warm at any time. coolness should stay wherever but not in Texas when it comes to CRM while supporting incoming travelers. But apart from this specific one person, all other very pro-active and helpful

Location is very convenient for Sundance Square and the railway station. We used the train and free Molly’s Trolley to get there. The pool was lovely and because it was open early we could swim before breakfast.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very nicely appointed. Bar and pool table with a view to 3rd street was a huge bonus. Ease of check in and check out and valet service were top notch!

The room we stayed in was beautifully appointed and the only criticism I have is that the shower was not well designed. The shower head was wayyyy too high. I am a tall person and I could barely reach the shower head to adjust the setting. And the shampoo/soap dispensers were mounted below the shower head so that when you tried to dispense soap, the shower sprayed you right in the face. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay tremendously!

First of all ,the pull up ,the valet is so accomodating,helpful,and fast, ready to do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable about your ride,and parking,first day 2 ladies working they were everything,room clean,check in out quick,bar,was great making drinks,the ladies at breakfast were great,I will definitely stay here again,was here for my sister's wedding,then we came back to the hotel to hang out had drinks,flat bread ,WIngs,vegetables,played pool,great hotel,and got a goodnight sleep.

Only one my brother in law,walked in with a cup,and a bottle in a bag,and instead of walking to us telling us or him he couldn't bring it in there,he yelled out some white ball head guy,dont know if he was security,but he could have approached that in a different way,because it might have went wrong,just saying don't yell at grown people,handle it respectfully .God Bless.

The pool was too cold to swim in. When checking out, there were two front desk people on the phone making reservations with potential customers. In my opinion, handling the people in front of you, in person - especially at the peak checkout time- would go a long way in ensuring people return. Was not pleased that only two associates were at the front desk - and would not get off the phone- while people were waiting in line to check out. We had to wait 30 min for valet to get our car. Again, not enough staff to get the cars during peak checkout times.

The like the simplicity of the room. The modern vibe was great. The lobby was cool and modern. The large shower was amazing. I also appreciated the complimentary parking.

An extra roll of tp was not in the room so that was not great. Lol The bathroom door is heavy and needs a magnet on the back to keep it from rolling and slamming closed. The handle of the show door also needs to be padded because it is leaving a mark on the wall. The lights about the beds need a shut off switch. The master switch turns off the lights over the bed. The issue is if the master switch is off and someone needs to use the restroom, they need to turn the master switch on to turn the bathroom lights on. The bed lights also go on and could wake a sleeping person up. Maybe add night lights in the bathroom and sink area.

Staff was friendly. The guy that checked me in walked me up to the room because he couldn't get the room key programmed. Then they brought up a programmed key.

I was not able to log into the wifi with my laptop. I called the front desk and after trying the access code they referred me to a 3rd party cloud support. I waiting on hold for 25 minutes then the support person couldn't solve the issue and wanted to send me back to the front desk to re-try the access code. I had already done that twice do I just hung up. Pitiful wait. Pitiful lack of support.

Location was amazing; everything we wanted or needed was just a short walk away. The parking garage right across the street was incredibly convenient so that we didn't have to mess with valet (and parking there is currently free). We were only there for a night, so we didn't interact with too many staff, but the ones we did speak to were courteous and helpful. The smart elevators were really cool and easy to use (IMO they were pretty self-explanatory, but there is also detailed instructions on a placard in the elevator lobby.) Liked the modern style of the rooms.

The pillows were way too mushy and soft. Even stacking two of them together, my head pretty much sank back down to bed level -- not great for side-sleepers. We were only there for one night, but any longer than that and my neck would have been aching.

I loved how pretty and clean the room was… Staff super nice and we loved the late night pool table and games that were available. So many restaurants within walking distance!
