Perfect location for doing the Fort Worth zoo, the museums and also not far from the Stockyards rodeo. We were excited to see how easy parking was, especially having young children with us. Hot coffee in the lobby was a big plus. Our room is great, felt super clean.

Only negative is how loud the cars are at night. The hotel did provide a noisemaker but it didn’t hide the loud vehicles noises. Maybe consider a thicker window?? I don’t know.

The breakfast was great! The bed linens were soft and comfy - excellent pillows! The location was exceptional - in the heart of the cultural district. Walking distance from museums and great dining.

The towels were really scratchy. The water pressure in the shower was less than I was hoping for.

I loved the look of the place, both the lobby which was fun and colorful but also clean, organized, easy to understand & comfortable, friendly, convenient. I love the case of things you might want readily available to buy or charge to the room. The breakfast was really nice with things you'd want to eat and a large variety of beverages. I was impressed by the finishes in the room-- that bathroom & the pressure in the shower was exquisite. The bed was (somehow, magically) perfect-- I often wake up with a backache when I sleep in a hotel bed-- it was so soft I was sure it would be a problem (like oh yeah it's comfortable now, but...) but it was great. GREAT

We stayed there for two nights, the staff are friendly and always available. The room is a nice size, with a family of 5 we had enough room for everyone. The breakfast is decent and it’s until 10 am for those that wake up late. Check out is smooth and it’s 12 noon, so we did not have to rush. The location is great close to area attractions, minutes to botanical garden; 15 minutes drive to stockyards, and 5-10 minutes drive to the water gardens. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff are always courteous and willing to help. Room was clean as always. The suites are great for small families. Also everything you may need is within 5 minutes (groceries, fuel, entertainment, restaurants, and highway).

Room placement was what my family needed due to having a child, but the room seemed like it may have needed or was in the middle of getting some things fixed. The beds weren’t as comfortable as they used to be and not what you would expect when paying at this price point.

I like the cleanliness of the room. The staff at the desk were super friendly even though I had like 20 DoorDash orders. Please keep the staff and keep them happy so they stay, so I can continue to book here.

The sizes of the trash cans in the hallways were too small and if they could incorporate different bins to recycle instead of just one. Example, one for plastic one for paper.

Very kind staff, room was spacious with all amenities needed. Bed was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen area was clean and well stocked. The lighting was great, lots of different options throughout the room. Quiet, did not feel like you could hear the neighbors at all. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned from previous guest (still underwear on floor and other personal articles). Not at all the usual standard, which is usually great.

The location was perfect as we attended a tournament at Dickies Arena. The hotel was clean. The room was extremely roomy and met our needs.

I did not feel valued as a guest. As I walked around the property, whenever I saw staff they were not friendly. Arrival front desk staff did not welcome us or wish we enjoyed our stay. When we departed the front desk person did not ask if we enjoyed our stay/ were there any issues or concerns/ safe travels etc.

Great location! Close to museums, the Botanical Gardens, and Dickies Arena, which is why we were there. Easy access to the parking area. Staff were exceptional - very friendly and concerned that we had everything we needed, and we knew where to go if we didn't. The room was spacious and the beds so comfortable. Everything we could have needed was there.
