Good location near the Toyota Stadium soccer facilities. Convenient location for walks into the Frisco Railroad District.
Kitchen poorly stocked (lacked basic utensils, such as forks). Bathroom toilet seat did not stay up. Shower door did not close properly. It’s a fairly new hotel but these issues suggest less wear and tear and more an issue of the hotel being shoddily or hastily put together in some areas. Probably more about the pressure to build quickly than an overall reflection on the hotel chain. Other issue: a continental breakfast would be lovely. :)

the bed sinks, like my head is lower than my body, which gives me a headache.. Also no breakfast which should be included for the price..

Discovered the toilet seat was loose when seated; the seat fell down when male trying to pee. We requested it be fixed-- did not happen. Something in the disposal... we didn't investigate but reported to front desk. Keys didn't work-- had to have them re-keyed 3 times.
