Hampton Inn and Suites Georgetown/Austin North, TX

Breakfast was okay. I generally don’t eat meat or sugary/sweet items for breakfast. Oatmeal was about the only item available that I would consider healthy.

Room was never serviced at least 3 of the 4 days of stay, although one day I was in the room when they came by. It was okay but I did have to go to front desk once to get fresh towels and toilet paper. Hotel was hard to see from the frontage road. Hotel sign is obstructed by Burger King. We missed it the first time and had to do a complete loop to get back.

Room was larger than normal, with a sofa and large work desk. Included breakfast was nice, with multiple waffle makers, and the usual muffins, bagels, eggs, bacon.

Location on frontage road makes it more difficult to get around. To get back to downtown Georgetown, you have to do a big loop.

Tight parking. Mobility room was all that was left at that price. Nothing warm and cozy about it. Shocked at the HORRIBLE conservative fake news paper called Buffalo Gap lying on the table across from the desk. A stack of them. Lies about vaccines etc. Surprised you allowed that in this nice hotel.

The room was clean, the breakfast was standard but good. They serve tea/coffee 24/7 in the lobby and the staff was very friendly.

USB charges in the room don't work. The bathroom door doesn`t lock. And not enough big towels.

Everything was great. breakfast was awesome. Rooms were comfortable and beds were great as well. Hoping this can be a regular place to stay when visiting Georgetown.

Bathroom door was a roller one and would not stay closed.

Friendly, efficient staff! Very good breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to Inner Space Caverns.

We booked last minute and paid $200 for one night. I'd say this was about $50 too much for this hotel.

Great location, near to Highway and downtown Georgetown

All hotels in this stretch are overpriced. If you don’t absolutely need to be right there, go a few more miles to Round Rock; much better hotel prices.

3rd floor was humid, not sure if there was an issue. Getting pricey, but all of Georgetown is these days. Shower took a very long time to heat up.

Location

There was no light near the desk and the lights next to the beds did not shed enough light to use the desk. With the curtains open you could use the desk, but once it got dark the desk was useless.

The rooms are an amazing size for a larger family. We had more room than expected and everyone was happy and comfortable. The beds were amazing and the pull out couch was already made which was a pleasant surprise.
