Comfort Suites Round Rock - Austin North I-35

The breakfast was not good, I guess because of COVID, package sausage sandwich, which I didn’t like, small apples as for fruit, not a very good selection of food. Sometimes the apple juice container water came out, didn’t enjoy nothing about breakfast. Every time I would have a question and asked the clerk, he never could give me information or directions to anything I asked, he lives in the city but when I’m asking for directions, he could never help me. I have a lot of gold jewelry that I wear and he asked me if it was 14 caract and I said yes, he said in India they have 24 caract, he was not helpful at all.

clean & sanitize lobby breakfast was included hot & fresh loved that the hotel was near 35E highway it was quick access to shopping centers , restaurants, local food stores our room was very big & spacious will definitely come back on our visit to Austin again.

The location was amazing. There was a painting of a Round Rock in a stream on the wall. As we left the hotel to get to IH35, we passed the stream and saw the round rock that the city was named for. Amazing.

Eggs and sausage were pretty generic.

Quiet room. Good location.

Construction all around the building - but nothing could be done about that, it was road work. Carpets and bathrooms are getting worn. Caulking around tub was awful.

The bed was very comfortable.

The bed linens looked like they had been slept in they were so wrinkle and tucked in very well. Either did know how to make a bed properly or linens were not folded out of dryer.

Very spacious and clean.

Everything about the property is great. Outside of the property there’s construction and a one way road with heavy traffic because of the construction.

Right off I-35. Nice, comfortable, clean room with sofa bed and kitchenette. Pool open. Breakfast offered.

Room was clean, but smelled weird Everytime we entered. Room didn't have bedding for the fold out sofa bed. So, make sure to request at the front desk. We didn't have a problem with noise, but you drive through a construction site at the entrance to get to the hotel.

clean and convenient location. surprisingly very quiet considering we were on the first floor.

toilet water tank had a leak and I could hear the tank fill up with water very often.

The bed was comfortable and the price was good for a one night stay. Gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Will stay again next time I’m in Round Rock.

The construction made getting in the property kinda confusing but found my way, I know it’s not anything the hotel can do about it.

The location was great for meeting the need of the location of my planned activity (our main event). It was very good for distance when shopping, finding places to eat and meeting up with friends.

The hotel was located in road construction and there was a huge speed bump as you were driving up to the hotel. The curtains in the room were dirty with what appeared to be ketchup are something on them.
