Holiday Inn Austin North, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was clean and the full breakfast is amazing!!! The rooms were nice and the beds we great they weren't to soft or too firm. The staff was amazing, as someone who works in customer service I do have some expectations.

I don't have anything negative to say about the staff or the rooms. The only "negative" things was that breakfast was over at 9 am. So to me that's just super early most people wake up at 8 or 9 to be ready to check out by 11.

Location was set back and quiet, yet convenient to restaurants, shopping and the main highway. The front desk staff were polite and responsive. Overall cleanliness was good. The breakfast was good, and especially as I've been to hotels that advertised breakfast included, yet weren't serving breakfast at all as a COVID-19 precaution.

My complaints are minor really. Breakfast staff one morning were a bit brusque and in a hurry to close shop, and in fact closed the breakfast window before the posted breakfast end-time. The carpet in my room felt sticky under my bare feet, but otherwise looked clean. The room and public areas were all clean and well kept.

This hotel was in prime location for everything we wanted to do in the "Austin" area. We got a spa tub that was big enough for both of us and central to all our favorite shopping and eating places. The room was big and the spa tub was SO relaxing and romantic. It had a wet bar, which was perfect. Lots of towels and the staff was fantastic. They were able to accomadate our early check-in and our late check out, even at the last minute. Thank you, staff, for making our stay perfect. We'll definitely be coming again.

Price was great for what you get!! I loved that when I walked in the check-in process was extremely easy. The front desk had my reservation printed out with keys ready. They asked for the regular information id and credit card with just a $25 hold surprisingly. I loved the room itself as I got the spa room and they have windows that open. That's always a plus as I am a fresh air kinda gal. No one bothered me or made me feel uncomfortable the whole stay which is always a relief. I enjoyed the premium channels, bed, spa tub, size of the room, pretty much all around good experience for my husband & I.

The cleanliness of the room could have been a little better. It was nothing that made me feel icky. However, I did buy my own cleaning products to clean the tub. A little outdated but I'm open minded & not too picky & again the price was great.

Great location, very clean facilities. We loved that it was within walking distance of several restaurants. We liked that it was a bit off of the interstate/access road, so it felt a little more peaceful and not as chaotic, but it was still super quick to hop back onto the main road. We cannot rate the breakfast because we had to depart before it even opened.

the pool. chlorine was very strong which hurt my eyes, water was freezing temperature. not enough places to sit while at the pool.

Very friendly and convenient easy to relax

Our room smelled musty and none of the jets that are supposed to filter and maintain the pool worked. So not sure exactly how clean you could rate it overall it was a good experience we sprayed our rooom with perfume and went on with our day

I always look for customer service to be good, and your hotel exceded my expectations. And the breakfast choices where also enjoyable. Keep up the good work!

I can't speak for everybody else, but I think everything was perfect. Clean, friendly, and private.

The convenience to the Sports Center next door was the selling point for us. We enjoyed the bar in the evenings.

Our bed was awful. It was broken in and we rolled to the middle.

Everything. We have stayed here more than a few times while preparing for a permanent move to Texas. The staff is great! They know the area, made good suggestions if we asked about certain restaurants, etc. several good places to eat are nearby, even within walking distance, from Jack Allen’s to Rudy’s to Cracker Barrell.

We liked everything…they even have an indoor pool.
