Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center

This is a beautiful hotel! It is clean and provides for easy access to walking/hiking/biking trails. I love that you can check out bikes at the hotel, and they even provide a helmet. The food was delicious -- from the breakfast to the room service. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and shopping center less than a 5-minute drive away. It was a great weekend trip for us -- just what we needed to recharge and reconnect! :)

The pool was small, but it was clean and the water felt amazing after our morning bike ride. Some of the hotel staff weren't as friendly as others, but people will people, so it didn't take away from our trip. I had a fantastic trip, so there's not much that I can say I didn't like about the hotel.

Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly to us and our dogs. Everyone was super helpful and thoughtful. We arrived late but there was a cute restaurant/bar within walking distance to grab a meal and cocktails. We were in Georgetown for a wedding. The hotel was in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Only thing I didn't like was there were only two towels and one hand towel in our room. No wash clothes. Of course, maid service brought us more but two towels for two days for two people is not enough. I'm sure it was an eco thing and this hotel might cater to more businesspeople traveling alone.

I don’t know how but someone went through my luggage things were moved around and my zippers were in the wrong position. I was rooming by myself😢 I let the front desk know what happened but they didn’t seem that concerned when nothing was stolen

The room was spotless. I loved the interior designing of the room and common areas. They cleaned the room daily which was awesome. The front desk even recommended a great restaurant across the street 20/20 scratch kitchen without me asking for it and the food was delicious! I just recommend if you need a fridge to request it ahead of time or make sure you arrive early because they go fast. I was away for 8 days, on a road trip from Dallas to San Antonio to South Padre and I stayed in 2 other hotels, 1 of which was a 4 star and Sheraton may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect . Highly recommend. We are going back end of month.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were very courteous. There are frequent parties and graduation ceremonies and such during this part of the year, so plan accordingly. 7/23/2022

The only thing I thought was a downside, was the fact that there was no refrigerator nor microwave in the room. Other than that the hotel room and amenities were fantastic.

Very nice facilities, the food at the restaurant was excellent. Very good breakfast. Housekeeping and maintenance staff very helpful and friendly. Very nice location and lots of room for parking! I visit Georgetown every other month so, I’ll be back to this hotel!

We were there for my daughter in laws wedding. I chose to stay in Georgetown because it was close to the venue. The accommodations were great especially getting ready. Staff was very nice.

I wish it was a bit less expensive.

Have stayed here many times. Maybe it's under new management. It's beginning to show its age. Entrance to hotel ...needs to be steamcleaned....parking garage could use a cleaning also.

The room was spacious and clean. we loved the proximity to all of the places we needed to go. the shower pressure was amazing. It was pet friendly and there were lots of amenities

The property itself was amazing, very pricey but worth it. The restrooms are immaculate, prettiest i have ever seen.

The staff seemed annoyed 90% of the time, they also didn’t accommodate to a lot of things. They rarely ever had enough snacks, always seemed to be out. Although they aren’t in control of the weather, we still had no power at times and there was no place to get food, they could’ve given us free snacks (considering i paid 700 dollars for three nights).
