but the sausage was not browned, and the bacon was very limp, and swimming in grease. By Friday of the week i was there, the bagels were clearly stale and dried out. The staff was very cheerful and helpful. Waffles were excellent. We were there for six days. We had to move rooms twice. Once they came in and cleaned the carpet, leaving us with a wet carpet. Second room the toilet was not working properly. *They did comp us one day and apologized which we thought was very nice.

The location was great and near a couple places to eat. The breakfast choices was great and it was awesome to have a hot breakfast. Staff was friendly and were very accommodating as well. I enjoyed and would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say that my family or I had any complaints or things that we disliked to the point it even needed to be documented. Of course we would have liked conjoined rooms but they don’t offer those at this property but other than that it was a great stay.

Easy access, calm, clean & spacious room, nice swimming pool, really good breakfast, kids friendly.

Room cleaned only 2 times in 7 days. We were informed it'd be done once every 2 days but we're not used to it yet, and when on holidays we appreciate some help in the cleaning, especially in a room we share with 2 kids.

The facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and a wonderfully nice lady making fresh waffles. Loved the options (oat milk for lactose intolerant daughter was a plus)! The staff was absolutely the best, especially the people at the front desk. Didn't matter what shift. Very helpful!

Our only complaint was the heated indoor pool wasn't heating so the kids didn't get to swim. We were there for a basketball tournament and swimming was the only thing they wanted to do. They were pretty bored. Otherwise we would have rated our stay a 10.

My family and I was in Texas celebrating my nephews wedding. The hotel was great and was as described. It was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was nice. The front desk clerks were not friendly or inviting.

I did not like the unfriendliness of the front desk staff. Be friendly and inviting or get a staff that not only wants to work , but be friendly and inviting.

So many great things! First the price was half that of the town we were visiting and close enough that it felt like we didn't really have to "travel" to get to our hotel. The food was served by friendly cooks in the kitchen and we ate there most mornings. The room and the facility was clean. The beds were super cozy and plenty of comforters and pillows. The pull out bed for the little one was the best part! She loved that and it came in handy. It was like a little apartment for us and it was set up SO well! It was quiet, I mean I didn't hear anyone above me which is so rare. The staff were all friendly. The shower was very modern and clean as well. No tub here but we didn't need one. We plan to make this our permanent go-to hotel every time we visit friends. The price was right and there's a little kitchenette area off the office area with your fridge, microwave and sink.

Close easy access to sports center venue for jiu jitsu competition. Walking distance from eatery etc. We were on the 4th floor and were not disturbed by noise in the hallways etc.

Toilet handle stuck and wld run all night if you didnt manually lift up. Coffee maker in the room did not brew coffee it leaked hot water on counter. Mini fridge didnt get super cold.

Staff was wonderful, always greeted with a smile. Breakfast buffet was stocked throughout the entire breakfast window. Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and three children. I would stay here again.

The pool wasn't open due to maintenance for my stay but did not take away from my overall experience. Housekeeping skipped me one day, but it was probably because I left my room so late. They came by the next day with no problems.

The first two things about staying anywhere are cleanliness and comfort (ability to rest well). Well, maybe there are 3 things, the other being safety and security. This location was perfect in all 3 of these areas.

I could hear the interstate traffic fairly clearly at night, even though I have hearing problems.

The breakfast was amazing, hot ,fresh, a large variety of Items. There was something for everyone in the family

There was only 1 wash cloth, 1 towel and 1hand towel in our room, however the front desk was more than happy to provide more.
