The staff was very professional their customer service skills top notch. Honorable mention for cash you took care of it all I need and then some. Sam who did our original booking was fantastic his personality was great. Danielle although new was doing a very fine job. She was very diligent and calm although the guest she was dealing with was rude and disrespectful. Housekeeping did their daily duties to the tea I want to mention kira she did a great job too. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The building is a little ran down considering that it's older the staff kept it clean and smelling nice.

I liked how the Owner how he asked how was my stay and he was very hospitable and caring.He liked how I had a smile on my face..I told him I have to be as positive as I can and just liked how genuine he was .I asked him if I could wait for my my husband to get off work I was working remotely so he says it was ok.. He was very kind and genuine.. I would recommend anyone to stay there..Thanks!

This is an older hotel, but the rooms are clean and well kept, the beds are very comfortable, ,and extra pillows available upon request. I stay here anytime my business takes me to North Austin/Round Rock.

Building is older but very clean; shower was exceptionally nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the staff polite.
Carpets are a bit old and worn; some of the paint was fading. Walls didn't block out noise from the hallway very well.

I did not like the hole in the bathroom door.. I had to tell the front desk that so just wanted to make sure they didn’t charge me for that when I checked out..Overall great service..Thanks!😃

Very friendly staff I felt welcomed and safe everything was very clean and sanitized I loved their pet policy they were wonderful towards my dog I would recommend this place to anybody easy access from the highway
There's nothing I really didn't like only that there wasn't any breakfast available because of the covid-19 nothing to do with the hotel itself
