Tru by Hilton Round Rock

We loved the location! It was close to where I was meeting my co workers. It was very clean and staff was great! Breakfast looked delicious, we stuck to finger foods because we could not use a fork considering all the utensils were replenished with prongs pointing up which means every guest stuck their dirty hands all over the eating part of the fork.

Not being able to eat anything but breakfast finger foods because utensils were stacked with the eating surface side up for guests to put their dirty hands all over. That was really grosse! I miss the waffle machine too! Waffles are half the fun of staying at a hotel in my opinion and the pancakes are not as good! Maybe one waffle machine still would be nice!

As soon as you stepped into the building you could feel the fresh vibe, cleanliness, and comfort. The bed was comfortable, sheets were soft, and ambiance was refreshing. The options at the front desk were a pleasant surprise including local brew and craft drinks. We appreciated the breakfast options as well.

Loved the focus on sustainability but the squeeze bottles were a little difficult to use and get the "right" amount. Also, it would have been appreciated to have a fan in the bathroom.

great location, convenient to Highway and restaurants, clean, contemporary, great breakfast with many options and awesome new automated pancake making machine, great value.

water stream at bathroom sink was small and little pressure. shower was fine.

The breakfast and gym were awesome! I also liked the 24 hour coffee and cocoa stand.

The trashcan with recycling partition needs to be a little bigger. We requested our room to be cleaned, especially with fresh washcloths, and upon our late night return it had not been cleaned.

I was in round rock for almost a month due to my mom ending up in the hospital (I live in Dallas). Some of my moms siblings were coming to help me out and the general manager and few other girls really made sure I was comfortable and okay as well as giving me a deal that was affordable for my tias (aunts) to stay as close to my moms hospital as possible. I just really appreciated the kindness during such a emotionally stressful time. ❤️ Aside from that it’s a comfortable very clean hotel.

Location is good, easy to find, several restaurants nearby. staff are very nice, very helpful . Breakfast is okay & I think because of the pandemic they are just being careful but i think breakfast is good & on a Saturday AM they provided freshly made tacos -delicious.Also the decors of the hotel appears to all ages & more of family theme, very vibrant in colors & more up to date in their display, providing info etc.

there were 2 pieces of fine hair in the shower area but other than that it looks clean & well kept.

The facility was nice and clean and had a good atmosphere. Our room was a good enough size to accommodate our family for the few days we were there.

I would have been helpful if the hotel had a guest laundry room.

This hotel was above my expectations. It was clean and very well-maintained.

The faucet in the bathroom water flow was a trickle, but when I reported it, they were more than willing to fix it before the next guest arrived

really comfortable beds and the gym facilities. The rooms were very clean. The staff was really polite and amazing.

The breakfast could have used some more protein options, such as hardboiled eggs and plain yogurt-there was only sweetened yogurt that wasn't great. And the coffee kept running out. There was an outdoor pool open but not heated so could not use.
