The room and everything was comfortable as well it was neat...

No elevator was on and forced to walk up the stairs back n forth even when u carried a suitcases image that. Staffs needed to double check with trashes when a person stays til the next t day or so.... They should b careful when a person got locked out toward a room that they reserved for more than a day or two as well...

close to highway so some noise from there. didn’t hear much noise from the hallway and none from the side rooms. very comfy bed. clean. huge bathtub. later checkout time. they are remodeling but we arrived and left before they started for the day so didn’t bother us.

didn’t have a mini fridge. just wanted to be able to keep bottled drinks cold.

Breakfast was so yummy ...fresh fruit ...and, finally a la quinta that lets u make a wafflnd Great choices of cereal and also has eggs ...eggs are a rare find during these covid days!

I don't have any complaints...towels were white and , room smelled great and was actually clean!

Loved the room, beds, and the bathroom. Our shower was HUGE plenty of room in the bathroom.

The door was a bit hard to open/close. Just needs a little fix to make it easier to open/close. We had to push it to shut all the way.

I liked being left to myself and given attention only when I requested it, such as more towels, directions to someplace, etc. my first stay at this hotel was a disaster as I wasn't aware that there wasn't a microwave or fridge in my room, and when I asked after it, I was met with, "you didn't pay for it" instead of "let me see what I can do for you," or "there might be a slight charge for those items." the latter I would have been inclined to agree with. then after requesting a late check out, I began receiving calls 5 minutes after the original time and a total of 4 different calls after that from 4 different people who probably merely looked at who hasn't checked out instead of actual room/guest notes. when I went to use the shower for the first time, and sat the seat down, it was beyond cruddy and I had to reluctantly cancel my plans after my stay. finally, your accessible rooms SUCK FOR BIG POINTS. what they provide in maneuvering room completely negates the ability for a handicapped person to actually use it as there is no vanity or anything like it for the person to set their things on making it completely impossible for it to be any kind of convenient. FIX IT.

The staff was amazing! Very professional and respectful. The room was great size and the location was very convenient. The hotel was also very accommodating to me and my emotional support dog. Very good overall experience!

the breakfast setup was good

we had problems with the key card when entering the outside door and the door itself. I had to get them to recode the key card five times in the two nights we stayed on the property.

It was comfortable and clean and in a good location, convenient for our visits. Breakfast was good, too.

We were surprised there was no refrigerator or microwave, items we find helpful since this was just one stop in a longer journey.

Have the room cleaned when you asked to be put on the list for a cleaning.

Did not like it when the room wasn’t cleaned when you asked for housekeeping services. Don’t want it cleaned every day but at least once or twice

I was there for surgery. The staff was great, asked if we needed any modifications. Elevator around back where our room was, so it was easy to access. Very roomy, comfortable. We had a dog with us who can't be left at home or he has seizures. They are pet friendly, and it was still quiet. The people who stayed there long term were extremely nice. One gentleman I shared coffee with in the morning before surgery was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It's a budget friendly place, but it's not your typical shady run down place. Very clean and well stocked.

It's not a modern high dollar motel, I don't think I disliked anything. It was perfect.
