The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was incredible. The staff was polite, the facility was very modern.
The bathroom wasn't very clean, there were hairs in the bathtub. Easily washed out, but it really made me wonder about the cleanliness of the hotel. It was very expensive.

Somehow I was assigned a room that I did not book at check in and was charged more than what I should pay. However, the front staff corrected this error when I requested. Also, breakfast was included in my rate but they forgot to give me the breakfast tickets at check in. I think there is some room for improvement of check in service.

I liked that the staff was attentive and courteous. I appreciated the ballrooms, they were spacious and clean. My hotel room was comfortable.
It took a long time for the water to get hot and some of the outlets didn't work. There were also chipped walls in the bathroom and closet.

The cleanliness and layout of the room.
I only had enough towels for two people and the phone in my room was broken. I called from my cell phone to tell the front desk but I was placed on hold and no one ever returned. So I walked to the desk and told them that the phone was broken. The front desk didn't acknowledge anything I said.
