the rooms was not clean there were things left from previous guest inside of the room I stayed in and in the room my friends stay in which means the room wasn’t properly clean and there was smudges on the tables and counters inside the bathroom and outside the bathroom

Great staff, great location on the seawall. One of the better and more affordable options in this area!

I just think little things around the hotel or in the room need to updated (e.g. carpet). I had a missing piece of a little side wall railing. However, everything worked and place was clean!

I'd say 50% of the staff (Sam and the blonde kitchen lady) were very patient and kind. The continental breakfast was very convenient and the decor was chic and modern.

There was an old water smell on the 3rd floor where we stayed, some of the staff (Mark and the kitchen lady with braids) weren't so friendly and the 1st floor was extremely hot.

The fact that the side door downstairs did not work with the key card ,we had to go around and come in through the front, but other than that, it was a really good stay and comfortable .

The breakfast is not bad but in other Best Western it is better

that they do not service the room every day as they usually did or they should ask the client if they do not require the service

Good price, good room, clean. I like the room. Good breakfast.

They've a gate to get into the gate parking, you've to enter a code, first time I've to call the front desk to get in. Need more personal in the front desk, slow check in/out. The pool it's not available.

loved the room itself. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was amazing setup. The Hotel in general was very nice.

When booking I saw pictures with a full hot breakfast (main reason why we also booked). Went down stairs and saw packaged goods, fruit, cereal and only waffles. Waffles was the only thing for hot breakfast and oatmeal. Was disappointed and had to find another alternative for our breakfast.

The stay was great although we were not in the room most of the time. We originally booked the room of one night but after discussing it over we decided, the next day, to stay another night. The staff was great and understanding.

I didn't like the towels. They were hard and rough feeling and not soft and plush. The white face towels had a dingy look as if they were used to clean up with. White towels are to look ask if they are brand new, even if they are not. If you do not have fabric softener used detergent that does, thanks.

The room is very convenient, spacious, clean, has everything you need, living space with sofa, office table, and so on. Whenever you are located inside a room, you have power sockets, USB sockets, desc lamp.

Location was very excellent. The resident manager Gigi was very helpful and always available to assist.

The breakfast was not good at all, didn't have again after first day
