I love the room absolutely shocking to see something so clean and beautiful for the price. The lobby gorgeous room spacious me my husband and our 4 kids slept comfortably. Breakfast layout was clean and fresh. Loved that. And the workers absolutely sweethearts.

Don't understand how such a beautiful hotel didn't own 1 microwave. Like take 50 bucks go to Walmart and put one in the lobby..very upset that it was not one in our room or in the lobby you know travel ppl use microwave alot come on ppl plz. When we flushed our toilet it made this loud whining noise. Hard to not wake the family if you have to go in the middle of the night..for such a beautiful place that was so disturbing. And can we get real blankets we love to sleep with the cold air but the beds only had sheets. What's up with that.

they have a wide variety of breakfast. Overall it was clean. Quick check in and out. Quiet area and not so busy.

Room service don’t come to clean your room until 5 pm. They also don’t make your bed unless requested daily. The hallway on the 4th floor has a very bad odor to the point I was nauseous but the main lobby was fine.

My kids and I stayed here for our summer vacation..the room was cleaned up nicely for the duration of our stay.. we were there for 3nights..the room was clean and I liked the shower gel that was furnished.. I loved how the soap actually suds up instead of just coloring the water unlike other hotels we been to..Breakfast was very good just wished that the boiled eggs was at least room temperature instead of ice cold. Staff was very nice and if I ever come back to Houston, Tx this hotel is my go to

The thing that I really had a problem with was wash towels.. i had to ask for some at the front desk everyday..none was never put in the room until the last night and it was only one and we had a two double bed suite.. I thought they would replace the towels we used because they were receiving four daily when cleaning up the room.. the guy at the desk was very kind about it and said he would look into it. My kids wanted to get in the pool but couldn't because it needed cleaning.. it was very dirty from tree limbs and other debris.. it looked like it got cleaned right before the night of checkout.. that was one of the main reasons for choosing this spot

I was pleasantly surprised! The staff is amazing and friendly, especially Andrew. He got us checked in and even gave us additional information to help our stay to be as comfortable as possible. My sister and I got a double bed double room on the 6th floor. It was very spacious, clean, and very nice. There was a desk and a couch, basically a living area which was great for when I needed to do some work and for packing. The beds were more comfortable and housekeeping was available. The little closet was. Great for us to hang clothes and to iron if we needed to. Two full size mirrors and the sink space was big so that both of us could get ready at the same time. More than what we expected. We only had breakfast once. It was your standard hot breakfast, toast, pancakes, eggs, sausages, and even tortillas if you wanted to make breakfast tacos. Of course they had staples of cereal, yoghurt and fruit.

We only had one little complaint. The wifi was down for almost two days, but the staff was so helpful and accommodating.

we had a 2 bed hotel room and they provided us with 2 bath towels and ONE washcloth, when I went down to the front desk she did rectify that and gave me more than enough for us 3 in the room, the next day housekeeping took the towels back and AGAIN left us 2 bath towels & ONE washcloth, like is there not enough towels/washcloths and hand towels?? you pay over $400 for a room and get one rag. mold in the bathroom, diverter for the shower didn’t work so we had to stand in our dirty bath water, fridge was inoperable and moldy.

I loved the friendliness and cleanliness of the hotel and hotel staff. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. No hassle at check in was able to check in early which was a bonus for me. I loved the hotel and will be back !!!

Just a lil more information about the bar and what food is offered more times for bar opening. A lil more variety of breakfast. Overall it was great experience

The room was significantly better than I had imagined. The room was spacious and clean, and the room was conveniently close to the ice machine and the door to the guest parking lot! The staff was friendly upon check in, and check out was easy (and I appreciated the 12PM checkout time!).

The bathroom was a little small and cramped, but it's not like we were living in there! The AC/heater was interesting -- I kept having to change the temp because I either got way too cold or way too hot, but it was an easy fix.

The breakfast was great. The room was spacious with nice workstation and excellent lighting. Squiky and very neat bathroom. The toilet is exceptionally clean. The sofa in the room was so comfy. The wardrobe combined with a full length mirror was awesome. The room came complete with a new iron and board. The rug carpet was clean and the room was odorless.

There was no all-day dinning.

there was no noise around the rooms it was quiet. everything was clean and housekeeping was great about changing towels and asked if we needed our room clean. the rooms are big plenty of space to put your stuff away. the only thing I would recommend to upgrade on pillows they were very flat and have the 2nd elevator working because u have to wait awhile with only 1 working and probably not safe with Covid to squeeze many people inside but other than that it was a safe stay. thank you

The facilities were really great, as was the continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although they had a blanket shortage. Exceptional value for the price, could not be happier.

The blanket shortage was annoying, but not the end of the world at all. Honestly my only issue with it was the surrounding area, but that's not their fault.
