Hampton Inn & Suites Houston North IAH, TX

I was lost at the wrong hotel and the front desk staff Sharon gave me perfect directions.She made my visit very pleasant and it had been awhile since I seen a front staff member this awesome!!! I just wished the rest of my family members could of stayed here. We were here for a family reunion and they were turned away. They said there were no more rooms available but they were still on the website being available and they were saying that was not correct🧐 So they had to go somewhere else but I was able to make my reservation after they were told they were no rooms👎🏼

This is suppose to be a non-smoking hotel I am a non smoker but I was able to smell smoke in certain parts of the hotel😖

I like that our room was pretty clean, the only thing I would say I didn’t like was that they didn’t take out a coat a previous lodger left behind but other than that everything else seemed very clean, no weird musty scents

it was alright for what I needed and there was a se Uruguayan guard patrolling the parking area which was good because there wasn’t very much parking there in. the front.

Sharon, Farrahku, and Ms. Lisa were the very best. I mean Top Notch Quality of Customer Service. They made me feel at home. Will be back to this location next year, these people are the absolute best of Hampton Inn. Truly they are the best. We were welcomed as if we were really family. They gave us places to go and things to see. And Ms. Drell was awesome also didn't encounter any bad feelings or things while staying here. Will use the Hampton Inn again...but especially will be back in 2022 at this location.

The curtains smelled stale, but I got some Febreze and it was good.

Close to the airport.

The airport shuttle was very difficult to organise, albeit it did eventually come and it was free. Our booking was supposed to be inclusive of all taxes but we were charged $5.85 per room environment tax at the hotel. Booking .com are currently looking into this.

The staff was very kind and supportive especially a woman called Sharon, God bless her thank you!

the location of the hotel was a little bit of a letdown, there weren't many locations possible to be visited on foot, but that's expected from a city like Houston with little to no foot traffic.

The location and price were very convenient for such a quick stay. The room was ready, clean, and as expected. Breakfast was great and lovely to have quick-to-go brown bags for the road! (bagel, water and an apple)

It's time to change the elevator's carpet, looks dirty and old.

I love that the property was very clean and quiet. The staff was super nice and professional. Wasn’t in very much but the little time I was it was awesome. I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast but lounge was setup very nice.

I didn’t like that I had to request for housekeeping daily. Their wasn’t a big enough trash can on the floor I was on. Had to wait around for a luggage carrier to transport my bags to the car. There wasn’t a microwave in the room or on the same floor which kind of a hassle with two small children.

Breakfast was good. Room was bigger and clean. Bathroom was decent size and clean. Staff was awesome. Thats helps in experience.

Only problems I faced was with bathroom shower door, it kept opening while in shower. Location can be a little problem if you don't have car as dinner location is spread little far.

THEY MAKE YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME WITH THE GREATING AS SOON AS YOU COME IN. BREAKFAST IS A PLUS. THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM WE GOT. WHAT WE LOVED THE MOST WAS THE WHOLE FACILITY IS NONE SMOKING

The only down side to it was the pool not being in use due to some construction I suggest you mention that in your hotel info that way there will be no disappointment when arriving here.

I really appreciate Sharon clearing up a misunderstanding and being so accommodating when I had changes in my plans. I also appreciate Alexander or Blair is his name for switching my room due to nosey neighbors.
