Hyatt Regency Houston Intercontinental Airport

I would to thank Sharon from the day shift and Raven & John on the night audit shift. They all went the extra mile to make my stay very comfortable. The kindness and professionalism displayed by these staff members was an indication they care for those who stayed at the Hyatt Regency. They were very maticulas in explaining the direction of the surrounding area, such as the nearest department stores and historical sites. They are considered in my eyes, second to none in the customer service branch.

The room was clean and the air conditioning was effective. The staff was cheerful. It was quiet and peaceful in the hotel.

The business center--the printer was out of ink and I wasn't able to use the copies I printed for my project. The pool was too warm to be refreshing. It felt like bathwater. I sent my. husband down to bring me coffee, and he said the restaurant staff would only give him one for himself, that I would. have to go down and get my own.

The service, the hotel staff went above and beyond, thank you !! The hotel's Sam restaurant has wonderful service and the food was delicious . The front desk was just great and wonderful. Thank you for helping me to get the accessible shuttle to the airport.... I forgot your names but I truly believe that all of you are wonderful. Hopefully the hotel managment knows and acknowledge you !!! They should know good people are hard to find .

The room was so comfortable, very well appointed with a desk, fridge, wardrobe, comfortable armchair... everything needed for a short stay. Liked the free shuttle to the airport

The restaurant wasn't open for lunch, which meant that the only meal option if I didn't want to leave the hotel was pre-prepared sandwiches and salads from the fridge in reception. This was okay the first day, but the same salad the second day wasn't fresh.

The hotel was extremely nice, the food was great morning & night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Staff was working at all times.

The shower head in our room didn’t have a proper holder so when the water cut on it would do a 360 and spray everywhere. Had to continuously adjust it to make it stay in place

Everything. Room and bed were great. We especially loved our view from our room. We highly recommend this hotel as it was great. Only down side was no room service and not much options in terms of where to grab a bite. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay.

The distance we had to travel to get to the hotel was terrible. We had to drive about 30min. There should be better clarifications for people traveling about the distance.

The staff was friendly . Location wasn’t too far from the airport. Late night food/gas station right in the vicinity. The Jacuzzi was nice.

the tub was not clean when I arrived & the tv remote wouldn’t work . Nothing to major outside of that .

The service at the restaurant from the bartender was excellent . He served us right away, as we had been travelling all day and it was 9pm at night and we were exhausted. Food was very good. The shuttle driver was excellent in the morning at 5 am.

Room a bit dated

I did get a $25 charge fee separately and was not explain as to why. I thought it would drop but it’s still pending for I don’t know what exactly. I did pay the original charge but was never inform to the $25 extra fee. Other than that, everything was good.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful and very nice. Hotel supplied bottled water for free. The hotel restaurant was pricy, but the wings were good.

Limited food outside hotel other than McDonald's, Popeye's, and a Chinese restaurant. We had to cross busy highway/underpass, but fast food was less than a 10-minute walk.
