Great night stay! If you’re looking for something cost efficient but still good, then this is your place. Not too bad for the price.

I wish the business would invest more on the cleanliness of the seating in the room. Kind of had a bad odor so I stayed in the bed.

Friendly staff, and always good rooms at great prices. I enjoy the stay here so far there is nothing wrong with this room that I got today.

The breakfast is usually too early in the morning. And it’s always the same oatmeal and toast. I never see anything else that I can get there and there should be at least cereal or something else offered for people who do not like oatmeal. And also, there should be like drinks choices such as Orange juice or milk. Not everyone drinks coffee.

It was a good location for the things and places we visited. 20 mins to Toyota Center, shopping mall etc.. Resturant next door food was good. A variety of fast food restaurants in area. Like the fact of a gated parking lot at hotel. The continental breakfast was good as well.

The pool was not available for use. Even though parking lot was gated back door into building was never locked actually think door was broken, it had electrical tape wrapped around the handle. Location overall needs some TLC but it's still stayable.

It was peaceful and quite. The staff are very friendly, they eventemember me from when I use to be .ore of a regular. Grounds are kept up, no mess in halls and breakfast was ready.

I'm a smoker, i also have disabilities with my back, legs, and hips. Smoking rooms are on the 3rd floor towards the rear of the building. They have 1 elevator that inte front, parking is mainly in te rear. It bothers me having to walk up the steps or down the long hallway to te elevator. Most times my back will start to bother me within 10 minutes after I've gone up and down or back and forth I wish they had more confident smoking rooms.

Almost everything was perfect.

Sofa, armchair and table should be cleaned, erase the stains on them. It is the first thing you see at arrive to the room. Lack of supervision or action. As I said, rest of the room, perfect.

We was there for vacation but when we heard the hurricane ida was coming to Louisiana we asked if they can accommodate us for two more days and they did very nice people

I didn’t like that they went out their way to make the guest feel comfortable and the guest just threw their garbage in the parking lot when the hotel had garbage can by the door for trash the employees had to clean the garbage from the guest

I booked my stay friday for Saturday because we were under mandatory evacuation for hurricane ida although check in was for three we were stuck in traffic and they held our room until we arrived at 11 pm the rate was decent and the rooms were as well. Due to how bad the storm was we had to stay 2 more nights and they kept my rate the same i would suggest this hotel to anyone.

Large room that classify as a suite. Breakfast was not bad. Freeway going straight to downtown or exit Houston area.

Juice machine was not working. Swimming Pool was closed. Bad Luck.

It was a quite and nice place inside the hotel. Especially with being in the area, where it is.

There isn't anything I can comment something negative things about. No complaints here

Neerod assisted me with the perfect accommodation and went out of his way to provide an extra service the hotel does not offer. The facilities are always clean and everything works as it should. Nice place and reasonable for any type of trip and adventure. Well managed.
