Location and staff were great. Overall stay was great and would recommend.

Only one thing: the staff complained about people putting their bagged trash at their doors in the early morning or late night. I stayed there for six weeks and housekeeping was done once weekly so you trash built up during the week. I thought it was reasonable to put your bagged trash at the door for pick up to keep it out of the room but apparently the cleaning staff wasn’t there to clean because a notice went up towards the end of my stay.

I have traveled to Houston more times that I can count, and I can say that this place is a hidden-gem in Houston. If you are by the Memorial area, it is a great find. Close to various restaurants, extremely courteous staff, cleaned neat, amenities in order and well taken care of. There was no need to ask for dining and cooking materials because it was all already available in the room. Free coffee is a great plus because nowadays in the U.S. it is nearly impossible to find that courtesy unless you are in a very high end and expensive hotel. Internet worked properly.

There was only two things. 1) the shower had too much of a "thin" water flux, meaning that the water felt like needles on the skin. It may bother small children or people with certain conditions. That should be an easy fix to the hotel. 2) the location. This is not the fault of the hotel, however, it is very far from the airport. It is at least 2 hours by bus if you are very lucky, and who knows how much by Uber/Taxi (perhaps $80-$100?). Moreover, the area is poorly connected with the touristic areas by public transportation. Hence, if you do not intend to rent a car, it may be a struggle to get to and from places. The area itself is great in terms of quality, but if you are going for tourism it will likely make things difficult if you don't rent a vehicle.

I love everything about this hotel the staff are very nice & helpful, the hotel itself is very very clean, it's quiet & I felt very safe with the camera's & constables patrolling the parking lot not having to worry about any car break ins, its very convenient with the wifi access & being able to hardwire to work from my computer & the best of it all its in the middle of the memorial shopping center everything is near

The pricing it could be a bit more cheaper after paying for 3 nights

Check in was easy and fast. It's in a quiet neighborhood and right behind a Fuddruckers so that was great the 1st night we walked over for dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful and we easily extended our stay for another night. Room was clean and roomy just big enough for us 3. Bed and sofa was comfortable. Washed and dried our laundry for free just had to provide our own detergent. Water was hot even after my kids bathing right before me. Internet was easily accessible and worked throughout the whole time. Neighbors were quiet no problem with noise.

Water pressure could have been stronger but being hot even after my kids take their shower, unhurried, made up for it.

I absolutely loved how quiet the place was. Once I turned everything off to go to sleep, I didn't hear anyone in the hallways, the cars outside, people above me. I can't remember the last hotel I stayed at that was so incredibly and amazingly quiet! The mattress and pillows were great too! I'm used to waking up multiple times in the night due to back pain and can say once I fell asleep, that wasn't a problem!

The floors were incredibly sticky. When I got home, I literally had to unstick the soles of my shoes from each other. The bed had crumbs in it which I had to brush off before climbing into it. Lastly, there was no trash receptacle in the bathroom. Wasn't sure why but used the one in the kitchen.

Great location with reasonable facilities and plenty parking space. The staff was friendly and the check in/out process was easy and efficient. The ensuite room was relatively large with a good table/desk and seating area, and there are good facilities to do your own laundry

The apartment is lacking an oven and the kitchenware was minimalistic. There was no cleaning during my stay of 6 days (it may be on request only due to covid). The room was occasionally noisy, insulation from neighboring rooms could be better.

The entire staff from Sandy to Jennifer, I may have forgotten the names, but everyone and everyone was extremely friendly, supportive and kind. I would definitely stay again. Jennifer also offered corporate discounted rates so talk to her.

Windows. It doesn’t open as much as we would like for fresh air.

Laundry is free. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Even the patrons that stay here are very pleasant. Plenty of free parking, close to shops, restaurants, the hospital, post office, and Amazon lockers!

Non Applicable. This is my second time staying and the first time was great as well. Nothing changed. I even got the same room which was quiet (I work at night) so I loved the staff's thoughtfulness.

there were no casseroles to cook. theknew management doesn’t wan to replace them. so we had to go to barbecue area and there was no gas. needed a toaster oven for bread. had to go to the front desk. they need to keep the rooms ready for family stay.

It’s convenient and closed to my friends and neighbors my old neighborhood plus all my familiar shopping and restaurants I used to go to. I lived in this area 10 years. So i have stayed here several times as well as in Plano at Legacy location. I am a repeat customer you should offer rewards for us repeat guests!!!

Freezer in room didn’t freeze very well. Prob a thermostat issue. Fridge seemed good.
