I liked that the location was near attractions

There were loud guests , and a lot of amenities were unavailable. The ceiling was leaking on the 2nd floor where my room was located and the elevator broke , causing me and my fiancé to get stuck on and he had to pry the door open . There was also a bad smell in the lobby area and our tv in our bedroom did not work . Pictures did no justice for this location

the gated property! clean areas great location, the front desk man was super nice very happy i got him to help me out with early check in. breakfast was great too. all the essentials you need for a good breakfast before coming back home

just that the elevator wasn’t working but i was on the second floor so i didn’t mind it at all

Back door did not work at night so had to park in front even though my room was in the back every time I went and came.

I am on a road trip across Texas and had no plans to stay in Houston this night, but in the end I had to. Great hotel, everything was sparkling clean, shower is great! The bed is so comfortable I almost forgot I had to continue my trip. The furniture is really nice, gives the room a modern sleek look. This is a safe area, and the parking lot is fenced, so I was calm about leaving my car parked here with a few valuable things inside.

I wish they'd given me a room on a higher level. There's no particularly interesting view to see on a floor level room. :(

Good location. Walking distance to markets. Welcoming, helpful staff with smiling faces. Wonderful breakfast including eggs. Perfect heating and cooling system in rooms.

Rooms are spacious , Clean, Stocked, Cool

The elevator had some issue during our stay , unfortunately our room was on the fourth floor so the walk up and down a few times was less than ideal but we made it work.

I like to thank Ali for handling any concerns and the swift checking in and/or the checking out . I found the room clean with plenty of clean towels, plenty of toiletries and the beds were comfortable with clean sheets,

1. the location - by a major highway 2. the breakfast and all day tea/coffee/chocolate, etc. 3. the serenity

The back portion of the hotel entrance card id machine to unlock door didn’t work I pressed button next to door several times as well. It was more convenient for me to enter through there. Tried to see if something was wrong with card in the office twice and still didn’t work.

The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was better than alot of hotels iv been at thank you laquinta for your hospitality

There isn't really anything bad I can say the hotel was great
